Sino Wok Chinese Eatery — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Sino Wok at Cross Creek Mall number 1 menu item is Bang Bang Shrimp for $9.39 and for $1.00 more for extra meat.  The extra meat must be the same meat in the meaI ordered. I ordered the meal with extra shrimp and I was charged $9.39 for meal plus $3.99 for extra shrimp. I ask for a manager and the assistant manager came. He said shrimp is not meat and is excluded. But the sign did not show any exclusions. I ask why does your sign say extra meat for $1.00 if it is excluded? He then got angry and ask me to leave. I feel this is bait and switch to get additional money from customers. This is deceptive and unfair. Beware...

My food was cold. I only took two bites of it and walked right back to the counter to return it. It was not made to order and was served off of the bar. I was told that I could not receive a refund because it was cold and I did not want it. The cashier pointed to a sign that was strategically placed that stated "No Refunds or Exchanges". However, the manager was there and offered cook my order again. I agreed and received hot food that looked great. Unfortunately, the taste did not match. You live and you learn. Looked promising at first but upon further inspection.... The food was luke warm at best and tasted as if it had been sitting out under a heat lamp since they opened. I was there around 5 pm. Upon realizing the food was awful i decided to ask for a refund seeing as this, lower than quality of chinese next to a food lion, was 10$ a plate. This is when she pointed to the "No Refunds" sign tucked away in the corner where it was barely visable. So i left, Angry, and here we are. Y'all r some crooks. I wish there was a lower rating...
