Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My first time trying this food was Sunday food was Good but they need to find a better way serving it the guy just slides it down a metal thing with the vegetables and rice then puts the chicken on top leaves the container wide open so you have to close it since it was my first time it was more orders than mine so when he called out the order I didn’t know if I should take it because there were other people that ordered before me that walked off , I went again on Wednesday and I could tell the guy was talking about me he had a sneaky look on his face and was saying something to his coworkers and they started laughing, returned today and the same guy another guy laughed as soon as they saw me there again yes I’m there again because I love the food and my son does to so both days I was getting us dinner I’m giving you my business and you laughing and talking about me that’s very unprofessional of them. I may not return back . The owner needs to speak with them they don’t seem friendly only one guy spoke the first time I went there. Also you don’t get enough rice and they need to do better on the veggies kind of hard the last two times I’ve been there and they slap the food...

Has gone down hill.

I show up to this location and the kids behind the counter are on their phones and did not acknowledge me for almost a minute. One kid who first saw me tried to get the attention of the cashier and looked up at me and went back to his phone for a few seconds. I pay and my receipt does not have any expenses on it ( I can claim for work). I ask for another printout and the young guy said that he could not print another one out. No one was behind me so I know it was easy to pull of the Point of Sale Machine…..Ok….. I move down the line and the grill is filthy. I almost asked for a refund because of the guys rudeness. I haved work in a food industry before and I can assure you that I have never seen anyone on their phone so much while being on the clock and not change gloves. That's not the worse of it. I knew my orders were wrong and for that reason I did not touch the plates. I kindly ask if those were my plate and the worker (a young man) said yes. I told him not once, but twice that my order was incorrect and yet he keep insisting for me to grab them and gave me an attitude. He was so disrespectful.
