Country Fish Fry — Restaurant in Fayetteville

The absolute worst experience I've ever had period with any restaurant. There was a piece of hair in my food, I approached the counter politely told them, a guy pulled the hair out and left the plate there like I was supposed to eat the plate still. I said I don't want that, a rude disrespectful poor excuse for an employee snatched the plate off the counter and threw it away with a horrible attitude, I proceeded to wait for my remake but no one even tried to remake it. So I then proceeded to tell the manager about the rude encounter, she asked the lady was she doing my remake and she said I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE"!. THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT ME IN FRONT OF MY FACE, I SAY EXCUSE ME SHE PUTS AN OPEN HAND UP AND SAYS "IM NOT TALKING TO YOU" TELLS ME "I GOT THE RIGHT ONE" AND A BUNCH OF OTHER UNPROFESSIONAL THINGS THAT I NEVER EXPERIENCED AND NEVER WILL AGAIN AT THAT POOR EXCUSE FOR A COUNTRY FISH FRY .I FEEL SORRY FOR THE MANAGER FOR HER LACK OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS HANDLING THE SITUATION AND THE POOR EMPLOYEE THAT IS SO DISSATISFIED WITH HERSELF SHE TAKES IT OUT ON THE INNOCENT CONSUMERS THAT JUST WANT SOME FISH .I RECOMMEND IF YOU CAN DRIVE 2 MORE MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD AND GO TO FISH AND CHIPS FOR BETTER FOOD AND HOSPITALITY...

Terrible customer service from the blond guy in glasses..He runs the place with terrible customer service. We ordered 5 plates 30 minutes before closing they took a order for 30 dollars and I found a scraps on the plates after long day at wrk. My children love to eat their shrimp boats and we been weekly guests at this place, but they will not get my hard money I promise you all that!!!!! I Have called and spoke to supervisor somehow she had the order on ticket for manager special that are about half a price then what I ordered according to the blond guy when I tried to tell him there were 2 of shrimp boats and 2 manger special that I ordered he cut me off and said no you are getting 4 manager specials that's what I got and kept moving.... He slap my dignity and hard work he messed up my kids dinner again and therefore worst place to buy fish...You will get cheated for r money....If you can't give me what I payed for don't take a order just simple rule....Rather say I am able to just give you two orders we don't want to fry food to go to waste.... I took what he gave me and walked away with terrible feeling of not ever coming back , so advise is check your plates and don't get them...

Although it seems like a good deal for food, you are getting bones on the fish, overcooked hush puppies and they use artery clogging oil! 100℅ Vegetable oil! Anyone with health issues beware! Plus the staff is rude to people! I can understand why! People work there for $7.35 an hour and get about 4-5houra for 5 day work week! Barely enough to pay for gas in your car to make it there! Unsafe parking lot, being the already have been robbed within the last few weeks during daytime hours! Customers had to join in the fight to pin the masked guy with bolt cutters down! Which turns our to be an ex employee who has been living next to the dumpster the whole time! I was just warn people to be cautious of your surroundings and be safe!
