Every Thursday I make it a point to go to seven brew with coworkers. This past Thursday, we went there and it was raining. We had been waiting behind another car for about five minutes and then another car to the right of us pulled up and the younger blonde haired girl looked at us and went directly over to the other car to get their order while also looking at us and smiling. We’ve had constant issues with this girl being disrespectful and rude, and this took the cake for me. When we finally pulled up and placed our order, I asked the attendant why the other young lady would serve someone that had just pulled up versus us and she had told us that she had advised her not to do so and yet the blonde girl did it anyway. While I’m talking to the attendant with the Monroe piercing, the blonde girl looked over and was smiling and laughing as if it was funny, and I made it very clear to let her know that there was nothing funny about her behavior and made her look really ignorant at her job especially when another coworker had seen what she was trying to do and warned her not to do it. I absolutely love seven brew, but I will not be coming back to this until they...
Read moreThis place was initially really good. It’s drive-through only and only two lanes. This place will fail because now they run it counterintuitively to how it was designed and only have one lane open. They’re trying to mitigate customers so they don’t get what they feel is overworked, but I really only increasing work on themselves by having one lane open. The line goes all the way out to the road only one customer served at a time which drives a poor customer experience which decreases tips so they’re only affecting your own wages by not opening the second line, which I , we have an influx of orders. Mind you if the line is wrapped around the building you haven’t deterred customers by shutting one line down you just created inconvenience for them to wait longer and create an inconvenience for yourself because the same amount of work that could be getting done faster is taking now a lot longer and creating a poor customer experience, which is drives tips now you look like McDonald’s because they are sell milkshakes but the milkshake machine‘s...
Read moreWe stopped for the 1st time after speech therapy for a little treat. The woman who took our order was helpful in picking drinks for myself and 3 small children. But, the woman at the end of the drive thru was truly phenomenal. She asked what we ordered and gave me a few suggestions as I told her it was our 1st order. I had no clue there was a funnel cake drink and she offered to change my order. I told her no it was ok, and the blondie I ordered was actually very good! She spoke to each one of my children and was so kind. She made our experience so much more fun. She asked me to roll down my back windows and personally handed out all 3 drinks to my kiddos. I wish I had gotten her name. People like her, are the reason customers turn into regulars. We will definitely be back and make this a Thursday tradition for myself and my 3 young children! The drinks were so so good, but the service was even better. @Raeford road location, Thursday July 10th...
