On-After — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Terrible. My bf and I came and ordered wings on my bday. Was supposed to be a quick stop before meeting down the street at the Backdoor with our friends. Ordered wings. 30 minutes later we still don’t have them and we have to go bc people are waiting on us. We paid in advanced and tipped in advance so we could just eat and leave. I’m a waitress so I tipped really well. At that point when we asked how much longer they said they would be right out. 10 more minutes go by and we ask to get a refund. They refuse and then the cook comes and tells us it takes time for wings to cook. My bf is a cook himself…. He actually worked at a wing place at the time and told them it doesn’t take 40 minutes to cook 12 wings. They proceeded to argue with us over it. I was pissed and ready to fight. I actually broke my ID by accident I was so pissed. The wait was so long for the food I decided to order a drink and that was why my ID was even in my hand. We were escorted out and they watched us until we left in our car. I wish I could remember the broad that was behind the bar. She was brunette and between 35-40. I was so pissed I wanted to wait for her to get off so we could fight but there manager was gonna call the police. Scam of a bar if you ask us. Friends had similar experiences so I would not recommend the place. Save your money and also your TIME. Wish I could rate the food negative stars because we quite literally (after 40 mins at least) never got to eat...

I hadn't been to On After with my sister since before the pandemic and I was itching to go back! Well, we went and had a ball. It was karaoke night and we had great drinks, great food, met great and talented people, and had a great time! One thing about On After is that people can go, dress casually, and just be themselves and have a great time. You can go with a group of people and before you know it, you've made connections with other patrons. Everyone is so light hearted, fun, and relaxed. And, let me not forget to add, their food is great! I had three drinks and a full meal for only $20 and everything was fantastic! Where else can you do that? Where else can you connect with strangers who feel like they've been your long time friends? Between the atmosphere, service, food, and drinks, On After will continue to be my go to bar. Also...and this is the most important thing...hail to the Redskins (or Washington Football Team)...you'll understand when...

Bartenders Are Very Respectful, Place Is Clean, & Everyone Who Goes There Just Wants To Have A Good Time, Prices Are Fair, Only Complaint, If You Want To Live, DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE KITCHEN, Ordered The Corn Beef & Cabbage, There Was No Meat, Didn't Complain, Just Gave It Back, & Ordered Chicken, It Was Not Cooked, My Chicken Was Bleeding & All 😂 But Besides The Kitchen, It's A Great Environment & Will Definitely Be Back For A Good Time!

UPDATE! After A Month I Decided To Go Back & Give It Another Shot, I Didn't Try The Food, Don't Kind Of Plan To, But This Time, The Bartenders We're Extremely Great! They Were Friendly, Quick & Even Created A Drink For The Wife & It Was A HIT! Environment Is Still Awesome, Great People, Great Friendly Crowd, No Drama, Drinks Were Great Strength, Not Watered Down Like Most Bars, Money Well Spent, Will Def Be Coming Back Again,...
