I purchased a two bed set one for adult and the other for a child. Within 72hrs I went back to cancel the order because I was leaving for change of duty station. At first the manager to me that I could cancel anything because I had already took home one of the product and also my financing company won't allow return and that they had already been paid by the finance company. When I called the finance company and explained to them why I was returning the merchandise everything was fine. To make it even simple they still had the product in the store and it had never been delivered to my resident. When I came back in the store the manager charged me 30% of the purchase price. My total was $600 plus and he charged me $350 plus on what I returned. I explained to him that I never received the product and I could pay for the kids corner that I had already took home and he said to keep it and pay $350 plus because they have already been billed. I told him I will be back to pay, he immediately sent my bill of the original price to the finance company and told them that I have received my products which was never the case. Um, I wouldn't name the store with the word "Bargain" because besides your fantastic Queen Mattress Sale for $199, everything else in the store is very very high price. Beautiful items yes indeed, but we are not in Hollywood. Lol. When me and my wife walked in, we were not greeted until after walking around for a bit & finally making our way upstairs. Staff is respectful, If you go in the store, you most likely won't find help for questions you may have if you go towards the downstairs. If you stay upstairs you may. Downstairs furniture, some furniture was priced, & in good condition, but there was also some furniture I was not sure if it was for sale or placed there to be taken to the garbage & forgot about. When I asked about delivery, the ladies at the front desk said "It would be $60, but the guy may deliver to you for $40". I was told I would get a call in the morning to set up an exact delivery time before noon for my new bed frame and shooting for a time near 11AM, 1230 pm rolls around and I get a voicemail saying they would like to set up a time for dropoff and set up. I told the gentleman he has missed his window, his excuse was my phone must have been “disconnected” and that’s why you never got a call from the Depot.
