After spending $20, I wish I had took them back but instead I tossed half the box. I didn’t want to drive way back to deal with attitude and not so good customer. My crème filled chocolate donuts had a sour taste. The one Ghost Buster donut, which was the last one left, was awful and the lemon crème tasted sour as well. My six original glazed had just came out the oven and were good. The young lady with glasses and a natural Afro, that prepared my box of donuts had a very nasty attitude. I asked her were they making some more Ghost Buster donuts and she rudely told me the one Slimer donut was all they had left. That they were not making any more. After that one question and her nasty reaction, I didn’t bother to ask her anything else. She was rude, no smile and was impatient with me and the other customers. I was purchasing the Ghost Buster donut for my daughter but she didn’t want it after the lady acted so rude. I was going to stop my order and just leave. I honestly should had did just that. I wish I had told her to take the Slimer donut back out the box and the other donuts but at that point, I was just ready to leave. The other young lady, that runged up my order was very nice and had a great attitude. The six glazed donuts out the dozen I purchased and the one nice cashier was the only good thing out the visit. I really tried to give this Krispy Kreme a chance but the quality of the donuts, workers attitude and the customer service has went downhill. I have visited this location several times since the beginning of this year and every time, there is either a rude worker that act like they don’t want to be a work or there is a hit or miss with the taste of the donuts. The rude worker and the service that I received was not worth the $20 that I spent. I hope Krispy Kreme will do some corrective training with the employees and make sure the employees are serving fresh...
Read moreOn August 2, 2025, I arrived at the Krispy Kreme store to pick up a DoorDash order. From the moment I approached the counter, the employee showed an unfriendly, dismissive, and uncooperative attitude. Even though I clearly presented the order on the DoorDash app, she refused to hand it over, claiming she “didn’t understand” what was being said.
To resolve the issue, the DoorDash support representative called the store directly. Shockingly, the employee told the support representative that she “couldn’t understand her language”, even though the person on the phone was clearly speaking English. This excuse was not only false, but highly unprofessional and discriminatory.
To make matters worse, another Dasher — who was also African American — arrived after me and was helped immediately, with no hesitation or confusion from the same employee.
⸻
Concerning Details: • The employee displayed a discriminatory and disrespectful attitude from the start. • She falsely claimed she couldn’t understand English when spoken to by DoorDash support. • She ignored my valid order and left the customer without their delivery. • She prioritized another Dasher who arrived later, reinforcing the sense of selective treatment. • This kind of behavior damages the reputation of the store and creates an unfair and hostile environment for delivery workers.
⸻
Request: I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed by Krispy Kreme management and/or DoorDash. Discriminatory behavior of any kind should not be tolerated. All store employees should receive proper training on professionalism, respect, and equal treatment — regardless of a person’s appearance, accent, or background.
I hope appropriate action is taken so that no other delivery worker or customer has to experience something...
Read moreCustomer service!!!!! We ordered a dozen of lemon filled donuts. Got all the way home to Raeford and the donuts were not filled with anything. Called the store and Don was very courteous and helpful. Took my name and told me to come back in and get a free dozen. The worker told my nephew to wait 30 minutes as Don was in a meeting and she could not confirm he was not trying to get a free dozen of donuts. I called and try to explain to the young lady and she hung up on me. I called back and she first said Don is in a meeting then she said he is out until tomorrow and with a bad attitude. She also stated the managers were in a meeting and they had the book with the names. She continued to say she had customers as if I was not one. First you mess up our order and charge us for plan donuts, then you get an attitude when we follow the directions of your personnel to be reimbursed. I would have given zero stars if I could as it was evident she did not want to assist us. I did not get her name but she need more training on people skills and...
