Horrible experience and if I could give no stars I would!!! It was my fiance's first time and I hate I took him there. We came in and it was hot as if the air wasn't working. We tried to get our drinks but there was no ice in either machine in the dining room and flies, fruit flies and gnats were swarming the machines which was very nasty. All of the tables were dirty and it was barely a place to sit. We were dining in and sat and waited a long time for our food before they brought it out, while hearing them laughing and playing in the back very loudly and the manager was back and forth in and outside with a couple of women that were there. I must say at least our food was hot. I decided to get something to go for my son so we ordered it before we finished eating so it would be ready. Well needless to say we waited almost 30 minutes and the cashier didn't even remember taking our order and asked what we needed. Luckily the cook had started making the food after he asked me what I was waiting for. This was absolutely ridiculous considering we were the only ones dining in and they weren't busy at all. It was quite a while since I had been to this location but now I see why they have had a score drop over the past few years and I definitely won't be returning back here again. Definitely needs to be updated and replaced...
Read moreLately, I place my order on the app in the hopes that the food will be ready when we arrive. There have been plenty of Sundays when we have wasted at least $20 because the dining room is closed and the drive thru is all the way to the street. We order on the app because it's supposed to be "quicker" but as stated the food is never ready when I arrive. There has only been one time when the food was ready. The employees are rude and disrespectful and the manager allows them to speak to customers in any way they please. This last Sunday I went inside while my mother went through the drive thru to see which way was faster and the employees laughed at my mother unbeknownst to them that I was her daughter. The manager did nothing but sit there and let the employees talk about the customer in front of other customers even if I wasn't inside that is bad customer service. Lastly, the sausage is usually old while the biscuit itself is freshly baked. I understand that they are short staffed but rudeness...
Read moreThe manager unsure of her name took my order at the drive thru but did not pit it in the computer (according to the cashier whose name on my receipt says Keyondra). My card was swiped for another persons meal and the manager (a short African American lady with short hair) proceeded to get upset because she had to refund my money. Upon returning to the windows the cashier asked if I still wanted to order my other two meals ( I ordered 3-#2 $5 Meal Deals. You give me one meal but three beverages 😡) At this point my 3 children and I had been sitting about 15 mins... The answer would be a BIG NEGATIVE-NO THANKS. CAN I JUST GET MY CARD AND GO!!... Second time at this spot and I won't go back. Good customer service would have been to apologies for the mix up, refund my money and still give is our meal. I'm sooo sadden at this poor customer...
