My first experience dining at Hero in Trilith was absolutely delightful! Upon arrival, I was greeted by JB, who was polite, well-mannered, and patient as I took my time exploring the menu. Being my first visit, I wasn’t sure what to order, but JB’s friendly demeanor made the decision process much more enjoyable.

I ended up ordering a burger, fries, a shake, and donuts—and let me tell you, every bite was delectable! The flavors were outstanding and made for an unforgettable meal. However, I didn’t realize there was a 30-minute dining limit until closing. When I brought this up, Justin, the manager, kindly reassured me that I could take my time to enjoy my food. That level of understanding and flexibility made all the difference. Who wants to feel rushed while savoring such delicious food?

The customer service was truly superb, with both JB and Justin exemplifying what great hospitality should look like. While my experience was fantastic overall, I do have one suggestion: extending the hours of operation, especially during the holiday season. The establishment closes entirely too early, which limits the opportunity for others to enjoy such a great spot.

As a local who frequents places like Enzo’s and Thumb’s Up, I’ve been visiting Trilith Township since its inception. I can’t believe I hadn’t noticed Hero before, but I’m so glad I did this time. While visiting Fayetteville for work, my team and I decided to stop by Hero Trilith for lunch, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. We enjoyed our meal so much that we didn’t even realize the establishment had closed for the day. When we noticed and began rushing to finish, Justin—a gentleman who I’m not sure was a manager or supervisor but clearly a leader—kindly told us there was no need to hurry and encouraged us to take our time.

Not long after, with the doors locked, a family arrived, unaware the restaurant had already closed. Instead of turning them away, Justin graciously went to the door, listened to their request for shakes and donuts, and happily served them. His willingness to go above and beyond, even after closing time, truly impressed me.

As a business owner, I know firsthand how important customer service is to a company’s success. Employees like Justin exemplify the kind of kindness, dedication, and professionalism that set businesses apart. His actions reflected not only great leadership but also a genuine care for ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

We absolutely love Hero Donuts! With my child attending school in the area, we find ourselves visiting often, and every single time is a wonderful experience. The manager, Justin, is nothing short of incredible — he is warm, friendly, and makes every single customer feel like a VIP. His kindness and genuine care shine through, and it’s clear he loves what he does.
