NY Hero — Restaurant in Fayetteville

This place has amazing food and fresh to order. I was coming here faithfully up until 2 years ago. This past weekend I came back to town with only one thing at the time on my mind..."Philly Chicken sub" from my favorite spot. However, customer service is everything when you dealing with the public and my food needs to be what I ordered not what you think you heard. If you know that you have many customers at one time and they all doing the same thing...(ordering many items from your menu) then you need to remain focus on one customer at a time. Customer service is key when dealing with the public and we don't want to hear you swearing on your momma and disrespecting customers that only asked for a chicken philly and NOT a steak philly especially when I did mention that I DO NOT EAT PORK OR BEEF...maybe next time I can make my visit experience five stars...

Community…..when I tell you❣️❣️. The food is good, I’ve ordered several times. I must say, when I say excellent service, please take MY WORD. I placed an order through DoorDAsh and it was prepared incorrectly by accident. When I contacted the deli the owner he promised to remake and also delivered it HIMSELF 🗣🦾. I absolutely appreciate how it was an EASY fix and the dedication from the establishment’s commitment to honor their word with customer satisfaction. I’m from up north so the food quality from NY HERO DEFINITELY MET MY EXPECTATIONS. Seek them out… you won’t be disappointed. Many thanks again for honoring your word in...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally order from Manhattan deli , but this place was closer so I decided to get my lunch from here. I ordered online for pickup, received a text and email stating my order was ready for pickup up, upon reaching there I was told my order was given to someone else. I sat in there for an hour trying to resolve it. I left with no food & no refund. Never testing my luck with this place again. Bad customer service ! And very rude. They also talk about you in their language instead of trying to...
