KFC — Restaurant in Fayetteville

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I sat in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes and no one took my order at 9pm. Then drove to the window and was told they had 1 pot pie. I needed 2 for me and my spouse. So I told them nevermind in hopes that I go to Bragg blvd. and get 2 pot pies. When I get there they tell me they only have 1 also. So I buy the one pot pie and sprinted to the location on Owen Dr. Only to be told they have none. I am so done with this pot pie situation its ridiculous. Yesterday I went to Ramsey St. KFC and I got me a pot pie but I watched them tell 4 people after me they had none. The staff there walks around with no care I the world and no customer service values whatsoever. They see you standing at the registers waiting on some1 to take the order only to be passed up constantly because they seem to be in mind of just handling drive through. Management needs to tighten up on their staff at all 3 of those locations. I understand a lot of them are in school most likely but the need a sense of leadership so orders can be taken in a appropriate timing and accuracy. Even Yesterday after getting my meal I had to go to the counter 3 times to ask for things I had already previously asked for. Then they walk around as if you're on their time. My recommendations for any of these restaurants is NIL. Why spend money where you are really not appreciated 😒. Food was good when I got it but service is on...

We came on the evening of 4-27-21. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 meals. We get to the window and we are asked to pull up. After 15 minutes goes by the young lady comes out and ask for our receipts so we give it to her. 10 min later she comes out and it’s partially the wrong wrong order. The manager then comes out takes the food, and goes to get us what was missing, but they used some of the same food from the wrong order. My wife insisted on us keeping what was right on our order and didn’t want it to keep exchanging hands because of COVID. We knew it was the same food because she ripped a corner on one of the boxes and on my chicken sandwich wrapper. The manager lied and said she threw the food away and made it fresh. So after 30 minutes waiting on 3 meals, we finally got to leave...

We come to this location with my in-laws about once a week.

Even when this store is extremely busy and things might not be running as smoothly as they should, Taylor at the front register never loses his cool.

He greets every customer with a smile and a hello and zooms around to make sure that people have what they need.

He is always very quick to ask you how your day is.

He makes wonderful suggestions for additional items like apple pies that you might not have tried otherwise, Or what kind of dipping sauce you should try with your tenders.
