Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Absolutely terrible experience at Panera Bread. I ordered a pickup through DoorDash, expecting a quick and easy process. When I arrived, I went through the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes just to be told, “You have to pick it up inside; we need to verify it’s you.” Are you kidding me? If you needed me to come in, maybe make that clear somewhere? But fine, I'm now stuck in the drive-thru with a car in front of me and another behind, so I’m trapped, wasting 30 more minutes just to get out of the line.

Finally, I go inside, only to be met with blank stares from the staff who took another 3 minutes to even ask me what I need. First they tell me they are backed up and my order is not ready yet. Then after I tell them how long ago I placed it they say they can't find my order, act totally clueless, and then suggest that maybe someone else picked it up. So, let me get this straight—you wouldn’t let me pick it up at the drive-thru for “security,” but somehow, someone else might have just grabbed it? To make matters worse, they were also out of items I ordered, including a scone and sausage for my sandwich, and all they offered was a refund. How exactly do you plan to refund me when you claim doordash didn't send you my order?

Unbelievable. Horrible communication, terrible customer service, completely disorganized, overpriced, and no sense of accountability. This location wasted over an hour of my time, only to tell me they didn’t have my order and there was “nothing they could do.” "Fast food" restaurants like this don't deserve to be open! Never...

I had to give one star to even leave a review. This Panera is a mess. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a single hot latte with just two cars in front of me. I was certain my coffee was already cold by the time I finally made it to the window, and the manager still expected me to pay full price. He was extremely rude and insisted that if I wanted my coffee, I had to pay the $5.58. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience here. The person in front of me stormed off mad as well. Long story short, I left without my coffee. Panera manger on duty this morning has to be more prepared or he doesn't need that position. They have officially lost my business, and I'm still waiting for someone from Panera to...

Went for dinner, ordered Caprese sandwich,added turkey, no bread, changed bread. Tried to order bacon avo sandwich, no avocado. Changed sandwich to turkey bravo( pick 2). Had also ordered a whole Turkey bravo meal. Came out to tell us that they didn’t have enough turkey for all the sandwiches. Changed meat on caprese sandwich to chicken and ham on 1/2 bravo sandwich to make the whole bravo sandwich. No ham was put on 1/2 bravo sandwich. $63 for 1/3 of what we ordered. But we did get 3 cookies. Please do not go to this location, money and time better spent somewhere else. Will not waste my time again. Do better Panera, I’m guessing no supervision or...
