Pink House Alchemy — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Excellent customer service and delicious syrups! I absolutely LOVE the harvest oat latte at Onyx and wanted to purchase the syrup they use in that latte to make mine at home. I found out that the syrup was butternut pumpkin from Pink House Alchemy. I googled the location and it was extremely confusing because it said it wad located in Bentonville and Fayetteville. Not two locations, the same store just two different addresses. Their website gives a list of stores that carry their products so I went to one of them to find the syrup and they didn't have any of the particular one that I wanted. I decided I would just go to their actual retail location so I called to get their hours and address. The lady informed me that they weren't currently open and wouldn't be until summer because they are moving locations from Bentonville to Fayetteville. She could have just let that be the end of it and let me go on my merry way, however, she went above and beyond to help me find my syrup. She asked me what exactly I was wanting to purchase and then told me each store in Fayetteville that she knew for a fact still had some in their inventory. She was super friendly and extremely helpful. She treated me like I was the most important thing she had to do that day. I really appreciated how she took time to help me track down a product since I couldn't get it directly from her store. I could have ordered it on the website but I really didn't want to wait or pay shipping. Anyway, I went to the first store on my list and sure enough they had my syrup and it is just as delicious as I had hoped!!!

I really never leave reviews, but I noticed this company had only three stars when I googled them. After reading their only TWO reviews I quickly realized the reason why. One review is a 5 star review and the other is a negative review accusing them of pretending to be shut down? I'm not entirely sure what that means but it seemed a bit ridiculous and unfair and that review, since there are only two of them, brought their rating down significantly. If you're like me, you've probably driven by this place a hundred times and didn't know what you were missing. Not only is this a cozy coffee shop with creative drinks and some of the most amazing pastries I've ever had, but they hand make all natural botanical simple syrups! These syrups are awesome for coffee drinks, cooking, baking, and craft cocktails (oh yeah, they are getting a liquor license any day now too). You can sample these amazing syrups to make sure you're getting the right one for your tastes and they sell great little gifts related to cocktails and coffee. Ok, so I had the most amazing pastry here the other day - a pumpkin chocolate Carmelita - 😍. Words don't do it justice, but it is dense, delicious, and pretty addictive! You just need to try it. I have not been to the store but I did order syrups online (based on a Reddit thread that said that Pink House Alchemy had the best small-batch coffee syrups). I ordered Toasted Caramel and pH Delight, but when I received my order, I had received Toasted Caramel and Vanilla Bean. I reached out to let them know and they immediately made it right, no hesitations. As a small company, fixing issues like this is not always easy or accessible, but they know how to keep their customers happy. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
