Incredible in every way! The dynamic duo of Jesse and Alan helped me select furnishings for almost 4 hours. Wow! Their knowledge and desire to find the right pieces was exceptional, not to mention they are fun and very personable.

While one might perceive their pricepoint higher than box furniture stores I'll add, "you get what you pay for". Ordering items online is a gamble, dealing with delivery services is a nightmare. Paying for white glove delivery add to the overall cost of online delivery inside your home. What did you really save?

I asked for furniture upkeep recommendations and they provided me with the direct line (no phone tree) to the furniture manufacturer who gave me instructions specific to my piece. I asked for recommendations for a scratch repair service when the foster dog scratched a wooden piece and they gave a great recommendation. I asked for additional shelf protectors to match those that came with my piece and the staff reached out to the manufacturer to get the exact same shelf protectors.
