I swear, all Starbucks stores need to retrain their barista’s. Most of them do not know the difference between a macchiato and a latte. They make them both exactly the same. A macchiato should not be full of hot milk. It should have a head of foam on it. My cup should not be full. A latte is more milky. A macchiato should be 1/3 foam. Their Maple pecan latte is terrible, towards the evening hours their workspace is unclean, customer service is lackluster, Starbucks online ordering does not work here, lastly there is a nice lack of management so if you need anything just do yourself a favor and go across the street.
