Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I just can't do it anymore. No complaints on the coffee, just on the service and their protocol. Everything I've ordered, I had to say no to food 2-3 times before I reach the window. "Can I start you off with an everything bagel?" No I just want the coffee. "Would you like to try the donut bites for just a dollar today?" No thanks, just the coffee. "No warm chocolate chip cookies for the road"? No thanks, I'll only have the coffee......it just gets routinely annoying that I have to turn down food after 3 times being asked. No other coffee shop or restaurant for that matter is this aggressive trying to up-sale. I just can't stand it anymore, Scooters only care about how much they can get out of each customer and don't take in to account that not everybody appreciates being asked multiple times to try their food. Anybody with eyeballs can read a menu so why push everyone to buy the food. It doesnt taste...

So for the first two weeks, I was impressed and then the last week it's gone downhill drastically. For the last two days, I've received full sugar and whole milk drinks when ordering sugar-free. They interrupt you mid-sentence and are just generally really unprofessional when taking orders. Unimpressed that I couldn't drink my $7 coffee because someone couldn't pour the correct sauces into the cup.

This is the worst scooters in the area. If Springdale/Lowell wasn't so far id go there. Really need to work on consistency folks.

Update 3/24: The photo is from today. I decided to give it one LAST shot. Again not impressed. I even had them remake the drink and its STILL chunky. $8 for...

Do not use the app to order, three times now the app has messed up when I have went to place my order and it did not go through on their end but it still hit my bank account. And when you tell them this the only response they have is “our app is messed up and you will get refunded in a couple days” which is also a lie. I have reordered after being told this and I was never refunded. Until you all figure out your app issues I will not be back and also you owe me three free coffees because again I was never refunded. If you wanna order on an app for convenience...
