We went on a Friday early evening. It wasn’t super busy, but there were a ton of staff running around. They were preparing for a large group that arrived over halfway through our meal. Despite this, we rarely saw our server, who I don’t think even gave us his name. It took 30-45 minutes for us to get a soda. After a LONG wait for a 12 inch pizza, our pizza came out charred and looked like a staff member had scratched the charred crust to check to see if it was too burnt to serve. To be fair, we ate it, because we were hungry as heck. It was okay, if a bit salty because it was a lot of meat for a 12 inch pizza. A friend joined us after being on call at the hospital and ordered a drink and a “large” 12 inch pizza but they brought out an 8 inch pizza after almost 45 minutes of waiting.
Not only that, but the AC was either not working or unable to handle a partially full restaurant. We were glowing from the special sheen of Arkansas’s 92 degrees summer days, and to compensate they had fans running which they were moving around to different areas. I know it’s not always controllable when a building’s heating and cooling decides to be terrible. HOWEVER, our server basically ignored us enough that the ice in our waters melted and our waters were room temp.
For 3 drinks, a 12 inch pizza, an 8 inch pizza, an app, and a Caesar salad and a couple of sodas, our total was $100. There is NO way that this pizza place is worth $30+ a person, even with drinks.
The wait time was so long for our food and drinks, it allowed our friend to actually get out of surgery at the hospital and come meet us when she thought she wouldn’t be able to. A PIZZA meal for 3 people took 3 hours on a Friday night due to wait times and being ignored and the total price was $100 for three people? Absurd. This is not worth the price or taste or heat. US pizza is a yummier option, at a much better...

Read moreThe pizza was fine (one came out cold but the manager remediated the issue by refunding that pizza) but the service we received from our server was atrocious. She had the worst attitude, and it was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever had. (My husband just got out of the food service industry so I understand most issues are out of the server's hands, but attitude is 100% controllable.) I guess she just assumed I was under 21 even though I'm 26 and she came up to me when ordering beers and said, "are you good with just water?" Why would you ask me that?? It took about 15-20 minutes to get our beers. When we made the tiniest inquiry about it, she snapped back that the bartender was behind in a very rude tone. Then when she would tell us anything (like that one of our pizzas was refunded) before we could respond with a thank you, she'd run to the back. Then about 10:20 she came up to our table and said, "no rush but we close at 10 but no rush." Obviously you wanted us out. Just over all negative energy from our server Cabrina which made...
