Had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my customer's order despite the inside of the establishment only having over half dozen customers inside, which four of those customers were already served. They told me to wait which I originally didn't have any problems with til the wait exceeded 10 minutes. Granted they did have a fairly long drive thru line. They told me they'll put my customer's order to the side of the counter when it was ready.
Since I had another customer's order to drop off down the street and there delivery deadline time was approaching, I walked out of Starbucks to my car drop that order off and come back to pick the Starbucks order up, which took only about 10 minutes. I arrive back into the store to see my customer's order still hasn't been prepared. Now I'm irritated because upon walking in I notice there no longer wasn't a line in drive thru and only one customer in the store that was getting their order prepared. I ended up waiting an additional five minutes before even being acknowledged.
Once the person realized I was still waiting on an order they immediately started to make it which only took them an astonishing 2 minutes! If it only takes 2 minutes to prepare the drinks my customer wanted why did I have to wait over 25 minutes, 15 minutes of which there wasn't any heavy amount of customers in the store nor drive thru waiting on orders? This wait time was completely unacceptable for items that could be made...
Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks and the only one I go to bc I've gotten to know most of the Baristas. I really look forward to seeing them when I stop in, whether it's for a quick stop before work or to meet up with someone and chat. •My absolute favorite Barista is Charene. She made me feel right at home when I first moved here and learned my name and drink effortlessly.• There are a few really friendly & hard working Baristas at this store and I just don't think they get enough credit for all that they do! I've read the other reviews and I can def say I've never experienced a long wait time for my order and I have been an almost daily customer. For people who complain about the wait, why not mobile order? It skips the line and it's ready almost immediately. As far as incorrect orders.. For a consistent year, my drink was only wrong twice and that was by new employees who simply made it as a hot drink rather than iced but it was corrected and they were as pleasant with me as I was to them. Worst Starbucks ever... Mobile ordered 5 items, 2 drinks, 3 food items. All but one was unavailable upon my arrival, I arrived about 30 min after ordering bc this location is notoriously slow. The one beverage that's was available and ready was poorly made. I had to have them refund my card for all items. Upon returning to my car I realized they had only credited back 4 of the 5 items ordered and had to return for the rest of the refund. Headed down to the Skibo location where my order is always accurate and timely.
Service is even worse than before. I had stopped going to this location for a while. Went back yesterday, placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich & a latte - neither was ready when I arrived. No one addressed me, offered to help, just ignored me and eventually gave me my drink about 7 min later w/o a word.
