Been going here for over 4 years and never once had an issue. Until yesterday evening. Went in, the lady who approached me didn't say hello, even though I did AND asked how she was. She didn't answer the question but rudely asked me what I wanted. Gave her my order and asked for the cooks to cook it on anorher grill due to allergies. Now, before anyone comes for me. This "establishment" knew I had allergies, never told me no, always got my food. It wasn't good always, but there was never an issue. Well, yesterday was a whole other experience. Not only did she answer me rudely from the jump, she automatically got even more of an attitude when she said she wouldn't serve me because of my allergies. That is was company policy. 4 YEARS!!!! 4 FING YEARS! I was already explaining that when she yelled at a manager to see what she should do. First off, you got an attitude with me then get an attitude with a manager (he was no better). He begins to tell me that it's on the menu saying, "Allergies, don't eat here. Umm, ok. Didn't stop you for 4 years! Which I repeated to him and how long I've been coming here. The "manager" began to tell me that they don't serve people like that, they're entirely too busy, down to one grill, it says no allergies here, and that I was a LIAR because they haven't been open for 4 years to get out. Go somewhere else who will cook my allergies for me! EXCUSE ME!?!?!!? That's when I fing lost it! Your business which I promise I will be reporting to every single outlet against them. That I'm a liar, yelling at me to leave the establishment with my seafood allergies. Then begain laughing as if it was a comic show. I LOUDLY told them they were ignorant, rude, they've seen me for 4 years, you lie about the grill not working, then try to embarrass me! Told them in English and Spanish where they were wrong and told them that they, the staff, are grossly rude, no matter the allergies, they had no right to talk to me or treat me like that. I'm actually called my lawyer because when I tell you, I'm not a person who goes looking for trouble. Oh, you just found it. I'll be seeing y'all. After I make the BBB, NCBI, and so many more agencies that will have your license! You messed up and used my health against me and lied about EVERYTHING! YOUR STAFF, THE COMPANY, ALL GONNA TAKE A HIT CAUSE OF YOUR ACTIONS! P.S., I provided screenshots from the actual GOOGLE business of reviews from 4, 5, 6, 7 YEARS AGO!!!!!! Calling me...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a tasty hot Japanese meal without going to an expensive steakhouse, this place is for you.
I love Miyabi Jr. It is hands down the tastiest, highest quality Japanese takeout in Fayetteville and probably the best I’ve ever had. It is a bummer all meals are in take out boxes now due to covid, because miyabi jr used to be a sit-down restaurant with real plates and waiters that would always clean up the mess. Regardless, the quality of food and service has never faltered. They have the best teriyaki chicken I have EVER had. Like seriously, I think about this teriyaki chicken all the time. I have tried to recreate it to no avail.
While living in Fayetteville, I have probably been here at least twice a month every single month since I discovered it 8 years ago with no exaggeration. The food has NEVER been less than excellent and they’ve never gotten my order...
Read moreI used to be a constant/habitual customer/habitual. This place has fallen. I began calling at 8:07pm attempting to place an order. Began making the 10 minute drive while continuing to call. Someone picks up and never takes my order. I remain on the phone while walking thru the door. It is at this point that someone hangs up. As I approach the counter and voice my displeasure one of the cooks interjects and says that wouldn't happen. When asked when they stop taking phone orders, the cashier looks at the time and says 8:45 pm. I had 20 calls placed from 8:07 - 8:43. The manager comes out and attempts to addresses the issue with me. He gets high marks for professionalism and demeanor, but, low marks on correcting the issue, repairing employee deficiencies, repairing customer confidence, and a resolution with customer satisfaction. Definitely a...
