Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My family and I have eaten at zaxbys many times. Within the past two months each time we have gone to zaxbys on Ramsey street there has been some issue. I’ll share all three

1. purchased two salads and a kids meal got home and my husband open his salad and on his bread there was a piece of hair that was on the bread. Called the manager and was told they would refund my entire meal and I didn’t have to bring the items back that day or save the food. Went back the next day to get the refund and was told they can only refund the salad. An individual then decided they would refund us for two that’s all. Mind you we did not eat any of our food because we were just disgusted.
2. purchased wings zax salad and kids meal. Everything except the wings were great. The wings were over cooked drastically and we had to throw them away.
3. today just purchased two salads and a kids meal and came home with no salad dressing.

I know it sounds like first world problems but the staff needs to retrained or maybe individuals must be checked...

ABSOLUTELY UNSANITARY AND DEPLORABLE SERVICES RENDERED!!!

ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 18, 2021 AT 8:03PM, MY WIFE AND CHILDREN VISITED THE RAMSEY STREET LOCATION AND ORDERED 2 SALADS VIA THE DRIVE-THROUGH. UNBEKNOWNST TO HER SHE’D SOON DISCOVER AN EXTRA TOPPING WHEN SHE’D ARRIVE AT HOME. AN OBVIOUSLY ‘USED’ (TURNED INSIDE-OUT) RUBBER GLOVE WAS INCONSPICUOUSLY NESTLED AT THE BOTTOM OF HER SALAD!!! HOW GROSSED-OUT, DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED SHE WAS AT THIS DISCOVERY. OUR CONFIDENCE IN THIS RESTAURANT TO PROVIDE AN OVERALL QUALITY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN FOREVER MARRED. WE ARE ALL TRAUMATIZED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE AND BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AT THE LACK OF CARE AND ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF. HOW DANGEROUSLY INEPT, INCOMPETENT AND UNSAFE IS THE STANDARD OF SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION??? IMAGINE HOW CARELESS AND NEGLIGENT OVERALL STAFF HAS TO BE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF A DEADLY COVID PANDEMIC?!? WHO KNOWS WHERE AND WHAT THAT GLOVE WAS USED FOR??? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND POTENTIALLY YOUR LIFE BY NOT PATRONIZING...

Will be contacting corporate about the staff pulling cars to save the drive thru time. A larger black lady with a small ponytail and blue type bubble coat friday night was extremely rude after I stated I did not want to be pulled up for 1 item which was a salad.

I stated that every time they pull me up either my order is incorrect or items are forgotten and with me being disabled it's hard to have to walk in to fix an issue. She replied to me after telling her I would not pull up for 1 salad was "well I can give you a refund if you don't want to pull up" That is obsurd and not only that I am almost certain the company does not want cars pulled to manipulate drive times.

Again I will be contacting the GM as well as corporate as that lady needs to be held accountable for her actions. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Quite possibly if staff is trained to be assertive and accurate they would not have to pull 4 cars up to make the impression they're diligently...
