I've been going to this location for lunch for a few years now. In my opinion, this place needs an entire staff turnover. I've never had a positive experience with any employee there. Every single employee acts like they'd rather be anywhere else than working, and then they take it out on customers, showing a lack of service and bad attitude. Customer experience 0/10. Onto their food products, the sandwiches are ALWAYS made messy...staff needs trained asap how to apply dressings and "close" a sandwich. Next, order a salad and don't expect any more lettuce than what's added to a 6 inch sandwich (even a veggie sandwich), if you ask for more lettuce, you'll be told no! There isn’t one employee here that I’ve ever had the reaction of “Wow, that was a genuinely happy and polite worker”. Sarcastic comments like “is that good enough?”, or saying “I like plain” as I was away to my girlfriend after she orders a plain sandwich and I have the only request of extra spinach and double toasted. Specifically Lisa and the near full-time Latin American or Asian female worker are just all-around negative people at work. I didn't have the confirmation number on my phone I wasnt able to access it while at the 411 s Thompson location. So after they told me no they didn't have my order, I drove to this location, and Josephine helped me out got my food, and was so kind, I don't know why the other store would have said they didn't have my order, but the app later showed it was cancelled. I don't understand why. So when I showed up here after almost 45 mins later of trying to figure it out.
