Wendy's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Ok. I am convinced that this is rudeness and nasty attitudes are the common theme for every fast food chain on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC. The only exception is the one that is not open on Sundays. I digress. Came to Wendy's for breakfast this morning for the sausage biscuit. The sausage is pretty good at Wendy's when it is hot. I usually go through the drive thru. Very rarely do I get a proper greeting when placing my order. It is ALWAYS someone with a attitude and not very personable taking your order. I always look over it but on this morning I ordered my sausage biscuit and while at the window I inquired about an oatmeal bar since they do not have them every morning. The gentlemen went to get me an oatmeal bar and this mean looking lady can from out of no where with my food in a bag and began to yell at the gentlemen for possibly adding the oatmeal bar to my order while was at the window. Seeing this I signaled to the gentleman to forget about adding it due to it not being that serious to have to endure all of that he went through just for adding an oatmeal bar. Unfortunately, I am not surprised because this is the caliber of workers that are now present on this side of town in Fayetteville NC (Ramsey St). It is very bad when these teenager give you the disrespect and rudeness, but clearly it is the norm because this lady had to be someone's grandmother working in Wendy's first thing in the morning with the meanest look on her face, most non inviting attitude, and the rudest individual. If you want to start your day by being triggered, please do not get breakfast at this location. The way prices are now I will be making breakfast at home...

Started going there not too long ago..I like the food...but slow don't describe the drive thru line..and it will be backed out to the road..but the girls are always nice to me, just the drive-thru is S-L-O-W ! ! !..I watch it, they will take about 2 to 3 cars, after that they ask you to hold on..then you see 2 cars pull out, then they take the next order.. last night was a mess..took me 45mins to get from end of line to the window...when I got there, sge must have been a new girl,white with blond hair,never seen her before, but she acted like some kind of welfare queen.like she was made to go to work there and did not care if she was fired..that girls gotta go...she is not good for that position..she needs to be wearing a costume, standing out by the road holding a sign...she does not know what she is doing..got two frostys..nastiest frosties ever..foamy and not cold..Last night was saturday the 29th at 7:45pm...we got there, the sun was shining, when we pulled away from the window, it was dark....I watched 5 cars pull in behind us and watched them pull off before we could get to the speaker...WOW! ! ! they would mess thier pants if they were to see how fast food places used to work back in the 80's and 90's...that's when people came to work to "WORK"..not play on thier phones and do thier nails..this next generation don't amount to a pile of poop...they don't "work" at work....and when they get off "work" , they complain about how tired they...

We ordered three of the 4 for 4 with the sandwich jr bacon cheeseburger, two of the #5 double stacked big bag, and 5 mini frostys. The 4 for 4s all were great. They looked very appealing like the burgers on the menu board. The two $5 double stacked big bags did not look very appealing. They tasted fine to the people that ate them, but they did comment on the look of the burgers. Neither burgers looked like the picture on the menu board other than there was all the necessary ingredients there. The issue was that both looked like they were smashed flat like pancakes on top of each other. I had to reassure the people that it was indeed the burgers because looking at them you would not know. I had to point out that yes there was 2 patties so they would eat them. Like I said they tasted fine even tho they looked like someone sat on them. The sad thing was that it cost a dollar more and when 2 teen males question food you know there is a problem since they rarely question any food. I am going to base the review on the 2 $5 big bag meals since they were the 2 items that cost the most and looked the worst. I will say the cashier was very friendly. We would have gotten a refund for those had we dined inside, but we did the drive thru and did not know until we left. I should have taken a picture because you would not have guessed what...
