OHH how the mighty have fallen. Where do we start. The French fries delight used to be a pleasure to eat. Now it's a soggy flavorless tray of disappointment. The fries are yall foundation of the item. If you do not fry the fries properly and thoroughly, then when you top them with chili, it's going to turn to mush. But hey, we know yall don't care. Speaking of chili, whoever in management told the staff to add water to stretch the chili needs to stop. It is washing away the flavor and seasonings. The chili is so bland. Whatever brand the original owners were using, yall need to go back to that because the brand that's being used is giving "it says chili on the can, so that's what it is." And if that brand isn't available, then a closer brand is needed. We know the onion rings come pre-breaded, so how can the cook possibly mess that up? By frying the bejesus out of them. It only take 2 minutes for them to fry people. The grease is already hot, so as soon as they hit the grease, it's cooked. MANAGEMENT!! SECURITY crimes against food are being committed!! If this Fayetteville staple is going to be saved, then yall have to listen to your customers and read your reviews. Today, I came in for a refund. The manager said to me "no one else is complaining!" Ma'am not based on the reviews and my live i did talking to hundreds of people all in agreement that yall have fell off. I think yall need a Keith Lee visit. And I didn't even get into the price increase while the food quality decreased. It's so sad. But at this rate I see this restaurant joining the likes of PD quix, Central Park, and checkers in fayettenam fast...
Read moreThis place used to be more inviting and friendly service. I stopped in for lunch during my work break (which is limited time) and was unable to get my food due to not having change. Which is crazy to me. Employees state they have signs posted but not one sign was posted at the time for not accepting a $50. Which was literally the ONLY thing I had. I was told to go get change and come back which is also very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location at all in the future. Sad to say because I am a local from this town and grew up going to a wiener works location every Sunday with my family. And now I don’t even want to refer my family or friends to this location....
Read moreWell I have been to all four Wiener Works locations now, but this last one left a lot to be desired.
This place has NO BATHROOM whatsoever, so I had to spend my entire meal with a full bladder, and that was not a lot of fun. I can only hope the employees have a bathroom somewhere in the back that's out of the public's reach.
I can expect certain stores to not have bathrooms of any kind, but since when does a RESTAURANT not have any; how is there no law for that!?!?!?
Even without that, this would still be my least-favorite at all four locations, since the interior dining space felt rather cramped and small.
Definitely avoid this one unless you're a completionist...
