5- Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I went to this location on 1/12/19 and Mariah instructed another employee out the back to come take over the grill. The young lady came from outside and proceeded to begin cooking on the grill. The young lady didn’t wash her hands,she didn’t wear gloves. Then I asked Mariah if she was going to wash her hands and put on gloves she stated to me that she isn’t touching the food she is just flipping the meat. Mariah then told her the particular sub was on wheat bread the young lady preceded to go in the bread bag to get bread, under Mariah’s breath she was saying no no no. That’s when I asked for a refund and told her I will be reporting them. If you are going to do this in front of a customer,what are they doing when know one is...

This is the worst Baldinos! I have never gotten great service at this location! It is always slow! Everytime I have ordered from here the wait is over 20 minutes even if I call my order in! Everytime is the same excuse; " training new employees or had a call out." Today was no different! My husband came on his lunch break and ordered a meatball sub and it took over 40 minutes and all of his lunch break before he even got his sandwich! We were meeting for lunch. Called the manager and got excuse after excuse! "Tickets got mixed up and training new employees!" She seemed as if she could care less with her what would you like me to do? The sandwich wasn't even made correctly! I will never go to this...

I have been coming to this Baldinos on Eastern Blvd in Fayetteville NC for many years and have always been satisfied...but yesterday around 11:30 was the first time I have ever seen a young lady working as hard as this lady was...she was scrubbing the back wall of the grill and fryer...and when the ice maker wouldn't work she took it apart and had it working in no time...when asked how she knew what to do...she said she watched the guy fix it before...this young lady deserves a raise or at least a big fat bonus...Baldinos is blessed to have her...I didn't get her name but she is definitely a keeper...thanks for...
