Went to Zaxby's last night and got two of the new Chipotle sandwich deals. Overall, the food was good. My issue with last night's visit is that I asked for extra fry seasoning on the side. I explained to the order taker that I still wanted it on my fries, but I also wanted it on the side. She stated she understood. Got home to find that not only had I not got the extra seasoning, but that it wasn't on my fries either. Also, my drinks were watery because they had me to wait.
Even with that, I still went back today, because as I stated, the food was good. Unfortunately, I had a bigger complaint today. I ordered the exact same thing. When I got to the window, the cashier told me that I would need to pull up while they prepared my order. She then proceeds to hand me the drinks. I explained that I would prefer to wait for them because I didn't want watery drinks again. She gave me this weird look before telling me that she will make them over. As I'm waiting on my food, I realized that she didn't give my card back, so I go inside. Once I get my card, I look over the receipt. I noticed that she didn't put no jalapeños as I asked. So I tell the male cashier to make sure that the cooks are aware. As I'm continuing to wait, I noticed the drive thru cashier bring over my drinks and sit them on the counter. Several minutes later, the male cashier receives my food from the back. When he tries to hand me the drinks that had been sitting, I asked for fresh ones. The original cashier tells me that she just made them. I'm like no ma'am, I've been standing here watching the drinks on the counter. I'm not sure if it was a manager, but there was another lady who asked if I wanted them re-made. I was like sure. (By the way she was really nice.)
Cut to five minutes later when I make it home and start on my food, I see that my fries are semi warm. At this point I'm mad. I waited all that time only to receive so so fries. Missing Caramel sauce from the funnel cake, missing sauces for the chicken sandwich, missing sauce for the shrimp, wrong sandwich received, cobb salad was a joke...cucumbers and tomatoes looked like they were a week past their prime, the amount of bacon might cover a postage stamp, only had a teaspoon of the fried onions...paid for egg rolls only to be told they don't even sell them....this was my first and last trip to zaxbys...
