KFC — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Update: it is 4 pm and they still can not fill a bucket of just thighs! How hard is it to fill an order like this?

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST SKIP THE FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION!!!!!!!!

I had high hopes that this store had improved since the remodel. I was sadly mistaken! When I walked in I was friendly and noticed new staff and a cleaner back kitchen area. While that looked much better the lobby has a real mess on the floor. I did not mention this as to bot create a tense ordering situation. The kid up front was nice and tried to be helpful. He went to ask if they could fill a bucket with original recipe thighs and he was told no. Now they didn’t bother to offer to cook any or anything. It’s almost dinner rush and they can not fill a simple chicken order? Apparently, they are not a store that cares about customers and seem incompetent when it comes to being able to do this. I was prepared to pay extra if needed but just a simple no is all I got.

This store should just close their doors. They often have no customers and there is a reason for that. If you can not fill special orders or even attempt to, why bother? At least since the remodel we do not smell their rancid oil anymore all over the neighborhood!

I have not had this issue with ANY other KFC store before and neither have others that I know.

Once again they could not fill my 10 piece thigh original recipe order. It is 8:08 PM and we gave them a call 30 minutes early at 729 pm to make sure they could drop enough if they did not have it in stock. They said they needed to drop some then upon arrival they stated didn't have enough dark meat for the original recipe so I went without my order. They are telling my aide they can give 5 that they have. Seriously told her it was a misunderstanding. It was very clear and repeated several times to clarify every part of the order. I am disabled and sent my aide to get my dinner and so I would have something to eat when she isn't here and this is how I am repeatedly treated. I am under no obligation to give the courtesy call in advance but I do and this is a repeat occurrence. I hope that KFC actually sees this and addresses this because I am really close to done with KFC all together! If there was negative ratings it would have gotten -5! I swear I love KFC everywhere...

Garbage. Went tonight to get dinner for the fam. My order was literally just a 12 pc tender and 4 lg sides w biscuits. I waited at the window for a good few minutes. There was barely anyone in the parking lot and maybe a couple cars behind me. Saw a girl just chilling by the window drinking something. She came and asked me to “pull to the front” which was kind of vague but I did. Sat out there for another 10 minutes. Idk how long it could possibly take to fry 12 chicken tenders and slap some sides in a bowl. She finally brings my food out. Everything was packed so tightly into one bag and I had already been waiting so long so I stupidly just left without checking my bag. And OF COURSE I get home and no biscuits. This is actually the second time they have done that to us. You don’t have a huge menu so I’m not sure why it’s so hard to remember something that comes with pretty much every meal you serve. To top it all off, the drive through window alone looks dirty and ghetto af. Old tape stuck all over the windows, the shade is torn, the window itself was all smudged and filmy looking and falling apart at the trim, the concrete below the window looked disgusting and dirty with splatters of god knows what. So I can imagine what the inside. looks like. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Popeyes or Slims...

Update was just asked. When can I reschedule for a interview? And told that they use third party apps that are not accurate and how it's not there problem that I sit there just over a hour and wasted my money for a babysitter when they wasn't sure who I was talking about having a interview with.

I had applied for KFC was told to be here at 1 PM for interview. I was here 15 minutes before 1 o'clock. Which was confirmed by a manager, it is now 2:05 PM business has been slow for them. Manager has been seen chilling in the office several times kicking it with employees not being considerate of other people's time nor seemed interested in holding up on their end of the deal for the interview. Is was so Unprofessional beyond words.

I hope the owner of this or Is corporate sees this comment and brings in a manager that knows how to handle there job and deal with the public.

This is not right to waste people time and cost people money for gas and a babysitter just to sit in there store for nothing. Times are already hard for us why make it harder & cost us money...
