Adrian is the manager I generally deal with. He is funny, understanding, and listens to myself as a customer. I have never had a bad experience with RAC. I love the new convenient app that I pay through. I honestly don't know what the people in the comments are talking about. I've paid off a couch set, two game console's, currently paying on an alienware computer and 73inch 4k TV. I feel greeted when I come into the building and I know they will take care of me once I leave. The only time I feel like they call me constantly is when I'm late by a day on payments. They already know I'll pay my bill but they have probably dealt with a lot working in customer service daily. They can't "take your word" for it.

Then they forced me to sign up for autopay even though I told them I cannot do that. But they refused to help me unless I did. One “girl” started speaking to me in Mexican. Even though I’m a white girl. I guess to her everyone must speak Mexican. It took over an hour in the store because they refused to be me a price over the phone or online.
