Tacos Samy — Restaurant in Federal Heights

I would say it's a solid 4.5 but small details that I'm sure can easily improve.

I had eaten here several times think when they were located a few businesses over.

Just coupe days ago ate here as was getting ready to go to one of my favorite spots nearby. However someone mentioned this place and I didn't recall the name or that had eaten here several times before until I ate here again. The salsa they use is unique, not amazing but unique flavor and. Good tasting compared to most public places.

I ordered 2 shrimp, 2 asada and 2 carnitas.

As soon as tried the shrimp recalled the flavor, the shrimp is probably. Their best taco , even though may be bit oily for some it's great tasting, not sure if the extra oils comes from the cheese or the oil to crisp the tortilla.

The second one while not a complete disappointment or while was not the typical flavor and still good not sure if they were running out or just the style they sell their asada. The asada tacos was borderline chicharron flavor that for instance I though it was the carnitas but I did tell myself tasted more like asada than carnitas which was correct. mwhile the. Meat was not old it was dried or overcooked but still delicious as was crispy and not chewy.

I finally tried one of the carnitas which usually is the most difficult to find a place that can at least make a decent one, this was decent fairly good carnitas , carnitas is somewhat of a litmus test in expertise. I will not order carnitas just anywhere specially not an modernized place. I decided to order because the scent from the food smelled authentic and delicious.

The shrimp is 5+ Carnitas 4 Asada 3. Service 4.5

They'll ask you if you want them with everything which usually is cilantro and onions salsa on side.

The elder guy is always friendly and attentive and def has experience.

He's welcoming and the tacos came out fairly quick, got pretty busy too suddenly, definately...

Tacos are good, but the guy that takes orders is really rude and bad customer services. Guy is up and down the taco lounge and touching other surfaces and they don’t wash their hands or wear gloves at all, go here if you want a stomach ache for days. Recommend going to “La Villa” on Federal...

AMAZING! I just cannot get over how delicious & amazing this food truck is. And they have camarone tacos?!?! Not many do & it’s delicious!! I love that they give you cucumbers, asada, & lime on the side too! I will definitely be back. Thank you for the delicious food!...
