Unfortunately this dispensary has gone downhill on multiple levels: I've been going here since they opened up, and they literally deleted my account, along with all my points which I wasn't able to use, due to new owners. Who does that? Big mistake. I was receiving senior discounts for the past 4-1/2 years since I turned 60, and I was told that senior discounts are no longer given here till age 65 due to new owners, despite every other business and the State of Colorado and the City recognizes age 60 as seniors. This just screams the culture of greed here. The tender was rude, inattentive and impatient with me. The music was way too loud, I couldn't hear anybody, let alone here myself think about making purchase decisions, why do they think that's cool? It's mind control and a dark spell over everyone. It's a storefront, for business, loud music, is a hindrance to understanding tenders, doing business, its a foolish business plan, and for that reason, I will avoid going here again for at least 6 months when I turn 65, I'll check in to see if they improved, because they have taken a wrong turn, business-wise. Here are my other reasons: I came in to get a vape pen, brought my old one asked if they can unscrew it, the tender was irritable, had little patience with me, and said, no, its probably stuck because of resin, heated up, yeah, I know that, but I asked to unscrew it, she refused to help, despite the pen saying LIGHTSHADE all over it. The old owners would have helped me. These new people couldn't care less. I ended up having to buy 2 new batteries, that no longer come with charging cords. Then I asked about discount Thursday on cartridges, she said, yes, but when I got home looked at my receipt there were no discounts, I called up, spoke to manager Mikki who added it to my account for the future. I was very disappointed with my shopping experience at this old favorite dispensary which has gone rogue and now they're rude to seniors, have no patience for questions, promise discounts but deny them at purchase, it's a mess and whoever took over this dispensary has made some really foolish decisions. Loud music that is harsh, angry and aggressive isn't going to boost sales. Cannabis sells itself, but what used to be a friendly neighborhood dispensary has now turned into a negative culture of greed and rudeness. This group should and can do much better, it was fine the way it was. Raising prices isn't exactly a good business plan either these days. Dispensaries in Colorado are a dime a dozen, those of us, who are used to friendly service with integrity, will simply go elsewhere. Starbuds down the block still honors senior discounts. I explained that I had no cell phone that I could do a screenshot on and that the gentleman that I first met (dressed in a suit) tolx me they could easily look it up. I got cut off and told go sit. Another budtender ran to the back to get a manager when the woman refused to tell her what our issue had been. I waited then to my suprise was called back immediately despite there having being seven people in front of me. A manager was going to help me, except she wasnt. Frustrated I began to explain but she was already not going to provide any service. It was clear her mind was made up so she immediately cuts me off saying if you font get rid of your attitude then I can refuse your service for the day. I looked at her crazy wondering whAt the hell I did aS a brand new customer only having shopped three times. She then blurts I'm a manager severAl times like I can't hear then says yeah I didn't think so. The look she gave me then was so incredibly disrespectful and horrific so i grabbed my id and said fine. I'm calling your corporate office since nobody is even partially willing to help me here. There is a white gentleman and lady with short hair both managers (I've never been helped by anyone else until today when both werent anywhere to be found.) I stopped shopping at Green Solution after seven years daily but I will return now as Ive never been looked down upon and spoken to so disrespectfully or condescendingly by anyone in customer service. I brought business associates last time I enjoyed the experience so much but I guess that isn't going to happen. The way the manager was allowed to come out simply dismiss any problem I may have had, a problem she knew nothing about nor witnessed nor attempted to even listen to is the worst service you can get. A manager that sees nothing then treats the customer like less than hymN because they are frustrated. Oh did I mention this happened last time. Also I was chased out the door and given five business cards to do reviews. The guy said it would be very helpful to him for me to do the review and it was amazing. I'm disgusted at this corporation. Honestly I feel like calling seven news after the way I was treated after being told I could by a man clearly much higher up that this discriminatory manager. She couldn't have been barely 25 and she's threatening me like my auto immune disease is going to care that she was unfair and treated me unfairly. I didn't know what dispensary was into the first amendment and taken the first amendment away from speaking what you're speaking not harming anyone but talking to a friend one-on-one about it. The young boy or should I say kid behind the desk was uneducated about my first amendment. The next day I go back there they kick me out because I told them that I have a freedom of speech to talk to my friend about nothing that has concerning with the front desk boy or should I say kid. Second of all they don't flush their weed when you smoke their weed it burns black it does not burn white like ash this is because they're growers only flush for one week they do not flush for 2 weeks that's why it still Burns black. If you ever get cancer I would recommend going back to the store and blaming them for not flushing their weed. I recommend people get educated on the medicine they are getting because this dispensary does not care about their customers and they always have some new staff that is very rude this is my second time going there and having some type of issue with their staff I go to Starbucks I go to LivWell all of these are real good companies to go to they flush their weed and they don't kick out the their customers and take their first amendment away. When I threaten them that it is my right to speak about what I'm speaking about they kick me out because I told them if they going to take my first amendment away I will involve a lawyer which I still am. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Starbucks it's a little more expensive but you know you're not getting cancer nutrients to smoke.
