Zero customer service. I walked in the 2 workers at the counter didn't even stop what they were doing just kept on talking...I waited and then told them I what I needed. Response was exactly "yeah we will help you in a minute". So I looked around while I waited. Long story short that was the only thing they ever said to me the whole time I was there. Never helped me or nothing, another couple walked in...I walked out. I will do my business elsewhere. Update I was the only customer in the store they were not helping other customers. So owner did not even check correct interaction. There were 2 ladies at the counter and 1 male in back no other customers...I don't have to check tapes I was standing right there. I was not greeted in any fashion in fact I had to ask for help. I was not impatient or rude at all. I have been in many stores (other cricket stores even) and never been the only customer and ignored. Had employees been helping other customer I would not be writing...
