KFC — Restaurant in Westminster

ZERO STAR!!!! Do not go here.... Bad experience! Need to terminate those employees working that shift and hire better staff. The food was disgusting! My family & I were in Denver on our way home to Colorado Springs and decided to stop by this KFC Branch - 92nd & Federal, went through the drive thru and after 10 minutes of leaving the store my daughter got hungry & got the food out of the bag, the chicken in the famous bowl was hard, cold & probably old. There was 3 pcs od chicken, mostly mashed potatoes and a tap of corn in it. The other kid's meal was fine but all the famous bowl were nasty and we tried calling that branch but nobody was answering the phone therefore we decided to leave this review. We could have drove back and brought back our orders but we did not want to waste our time & gas. We sure do hope that you can find better staff who CAN serve food with good quality and food that you and your own family will actually eat.. Also train the employees properly.. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, yet this location continues to let down. Chicken was either dried out completely or just outright burnt, ordering ahead does nothing as your still made to wait 20-45mins even though you get the order is ready notification. Cashier was no help but only to customers but to the cook as well, only the 2 in the building and cashier was more concerned about makeup and her phone than she was helping the poor cook fill any orders.. cook was seriously doing it all minus taking the money, even had to take an order at one point since the cashier had more pressing matters on her phone, didn't even have the decency to get out from behind the counter while on the phone either.. not to excuse but can't blame the food being the way it was when this is the work environment they had to deal with as well... this isn't something new either, this KFC has been a joke for quite sometime now, even before the shooting that recently occurred.. come on...

Horrible, horrible place. I normally am not one to say anything but this place is sad. Walked in the door, stood in line for over 20-25 min. There were 2 people in front of us, not one staff member acknowledged our presence. The two people in ahead of me in line eventually turned around and left. We stayed for about 5 more min until the lady behind us finally got the attention of the staff because a little kid had been trying to ask for butter for a good amount of time. No apoligies when I brought up that they had compleatly ignored everyone, nothing. So we turned around and walked out. The staff was very unfriendly with the screw this attitude. The only time I heard someone finally speak about the wait was "we are just really busy"...... there were two cars in the drive thru and they had ignored all of us standing in the main lobby.
