2941 Mediterranean Street Food - Fenton — Restaurant in Fenton

My husband and I used to love coming here as a sandwich for each of us would feed us for two meals. However, the last time we were in, our sandwiches were so light on fillings that we were both still hungry after each eating a whole one.

We had both ordered lamb for our protein and it looked like there was just enough left in the tray to do both our sandwiches. However, the server only used a third of what was left, resulting in sad sandwiches. It was the equivalent of maybe 2 small forkfuls of lamb per sandwich and since everything put in the sandwich up to the point had been portioned to leave room for the meat, the sandwich was much smaller overall. It felt like they didn't want to empty the lamb tray so they skimped on what they gave us.

Now whenever we get a craving we skip going because one of us will say "remember what happened last time?". Just not worth dropping the money to gamble on if you're going to walk away hungry or full.

First I’d like to say how friendly the staff is here! Second let me acknowledge how clean it is on the inside as well as their kitchen being very clean as well, I love that it is open for customers to see, the design and layout makes it very easy to see what they have, along with pictures and descriptions of what is in it, I got chicken for my protein for the bowl and it was very delicious, actually everything was delicious and tasted very fresh. Even if you haven’t figured it out with their pictured menu the staff is very patient and kind enough to help you as well. You get a lot of food for the price if you eat small and don’t like leftovers maybe the mini bowl is better for you. The inside is very cozy I can definitely see myself having lunch here by myself while working from my laptop, meeting up with my friends or having my family and kids here as well. Btw Love the interior design and decor. I’d give more starts if I could. I was very pleased and this place has become one of my top favorites.

I went back here a few days ago after not eating here for about a year. I thought it was so sweet Wilson the owner remembered me from my 1st visit as we discovered I knew some of his family in Metro Detroit 🥰 Once again, Wilson & his crew knocked it out of the ballpark with their fresh, healthy, & delicious food! I can tell you as someone who is part Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, I will not eat at chain Mediterranean restaurants but I give this place a 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I was really excited to take my sister here who lives out of state. She absolutely LOVED it & mentioned a few times that night that she was so glad I picked that place for my birthday dinner w/a few other family members. Wilson had no idea we were celebrating & he had his son bring out a fresh flatbread on the house 😍 That meant the world to me! There are still good people out there & Wilson is proof of that!
