Burger King — Restaurant in Fenton

I am not sure who the owner is or if this place even has one or a headquarters. I think it’s so terrible because they can get away with it!! Today there was a line all the way around the drive through. I thought, I will go in and order. I had just got off of work and wanted to get some junk food which this place has. A woman who I then found out is their GENERAL MANAGER, name is CHRISTINA TERRASAS was sitting on her butt with another worker basically flagging everyone who tried to get in with a dismissive hand gesture. I began to say “do your job, you have a long line not moving” she then starts yelling at me which it was in between glass so whatever this unhinged woman was saying I have no idea. Then she goes and gets a sign that says “We are hiring” and slaps it on the window for me to see and kept slapping it against the window. I yelled out “I have a job, I do it well and efficiently, please do yours” other customers were also arguing with her to no avail. Then I called and asked if she was the General Manager which she claimed. I said you are the most unprofessional person I have ever come across then she just lost it..absolutely unhinged! She started screaming at me over the phone, would not let me get one word in, called me “Sweetie” twice then as I started laughing stating I am so taking this higher than you she said “good luck sweetie”! So this BK has lazy workers, slow service, oh the one time I did get inside there were flies everywhere, screaming General Manager, bad food and terrible roads. So please, this is to the owner who clearly gave up on this particular restaurant, close up! Just shut it down so Fenton can get a nice restaurant that we deserve not this eye sore planted in the middle of Owen Road. I came in last night on My way to the football game about 6:00 it was busy. It took about 30 minutes to get My order taken by the older woman in front Who told me there was no one to work, they will get to it when they can. Shortly thereafter That Same old woman is screaming into the kitchen for the little girl making sandwiches to leave because of an attitude. The loud Busy store was now silent and listening. The little girl said she’s trying but if you’d stop handing out the wrong stuff we wouldn’t have to remake it all, and then ignored the lady who was cursing and mad. This was a stressful situation for everyone, I only saw one other person working until another Lady came in and starting telling people what to do, apologizing to everyone, and telling people it shouldn’t be much longer, she’s just figuring out what’s going on. I’m not sure what’s going on at Burger King, but someone should get something together. I know they were trying with what they had, but yelling at customers for ordering food when it’s busy, and yelling at kids to leave wouldn’t be the way I would do it. Here's the problem. They say drive thru open until 2am, wrong! I went through at 1:43 and they had already closed. They were there but an automated voice said they were closed. They were waiting on someone at the pickup window and didn't serve me during business hours. That's why people have given up on Fenton Burger King. The last time that I will waste my time on you guys. You're all going to end up unemployed at that store. Nobody can count on this place being open. McDonalds stays open and they're killing you guys! Burger King is better but not this one. Just steps away McDonald's is a $6 million store because they are actually open during their business hours. For all of us who love BK, you guys are such a waste of space in Fenton. Change management or shut down. The managers and staff need to go.
