Well first off when I went to order I was trying to use my stars and the barista told me after the purchase even though I said it three times that I wanted to use the stars she told me that I couldn’t on top of that they gave us paper straws in the paper and the straw deteriorated throughout my whole coffee and ruined the taste of my meal I spent $20 on some thing on so satisfactory that I will not go back And it seemed like the people didn’t know what they were doing and weren’t paying attention to the orders they said have a good day when I was still missing my two items for food I’ve been working in food service in managing restaurants for over seven years and to see this all the time and especially at my favorite coffee place is a huge disappointment maybe you need to change management or management needs to do something...
Read moreOk.... you get 4 stars because you're still Starbucks & I love my Iced Chais. But-good freaking-ness....a line of only 5 cars took 20 minutes. Normal for the Owen Rd Starbucks. S-L-O-W & L-O-N-G lines. I saw a lady 3 cars ahead grumbling and grumping at the drive thru barista. Which also....held up the slowest line. I think I understood after my turn...the employees were messing up inside! I had 4 gift cards given to me from the GB Starbucks for their errors (so fast, so nice!). But one of my cards was blank! Uugghh. I explained this to the barista & she offered to fix it for me. Long story short she couldn't figure it out & ended up keeping 2 of my gift cards and wouldn'tgive themback. Read moreAs a local doordasher I visit this Starbucks upwards of 5-10 times a day. I find the entire staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I do however have my favorites. I find Callie, Katie, Emily and Ellie to be particularly cheerful and personable. But I especially especially ESPECIALLY love Amara!!! Her genuine interest in people is not fakeable, she knows everyone's name who orders regularly. I cannot count the number of times she has improved my day just by her demeanor and ever present smile. In short: I love the entire staff at Starbucks but must single out Amara for her friendly and helpful...
