DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want your valuables stolen! My friends phone was stolen the night of his birthday! Luckily we had a tracker on the phone unbeknownst to the thief. We tracked the phone to the address located in Byron and spoke with the mother of the staff member who stole the phone. We contacted Boston’s and spoke to the staff who stole it they said they had it at home and were working their shift but would be in contact to return the phone. We tried to stay hopeful that maybe they just accidentally took it home after a long shift but after the events unfolded it was clear that it was taken with the intent of keeping it or selling it. Hours went by and still no contact and calls were sent to voicemail. Had to drive to Boston’s, had to wait 20 minutes to even speak to management who said the staff member WENT HOME EARLY! They contacted all of their emergency contacts before speaking to the mother. 30 minutes later the staff member shows up angrily gives the phone back without a word and tries TO LEAVE before management demands they apologize. The phone is returned with the case destroyed and the phone was temporarily disabled due to the fact SHE unsuccessfully tried to hack the phone. (Oops yeah it’s a female who took it). I would never go here anyway. I personally left after 20 minutes just to wish my friend a happy birthday. I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve ALWAYS screwed up my bill and I’ve had my friends tell me the same. They have bad service, terrible management, and even worse staff. I’m warning others of this place as well. Wouldn’t want any more of my friends being ripped off or have their items stolen! BOSTONS, I recommend you stop hiring thieves and I hope the one we caught was FIRED! Needless to say, I nor anyone I know will be doing business with Boston’s. I will go further to say, I would recommend fire hall in Fenton as an...
Read moreWell I was at the cusp of my 50 mile journey on my tandem bike with my ornery pregnant wife, we decided to stop at this lovely luncheonette on Owen rd and US 23. I’ve never heard of Boston’s pizza before this overwhelmingly joyful experience. So I parked the tandem out front and used the fence to lock it up. As I walked in the hostess noticed I was sweating profusely and immediately accommodated me with the finest source of h20 bottled from the Swiss alps. my wife and I had been seated by the booth with the clearest view of Da-Vinci tandem. The booths were not only Fully disinfected they were extremely comfortable. I had ordered the Cajun chicken pasta minus all vegetables (yum) it came out so fast and prepared exactly how I wished. My wife ordered the meat lovers pizza ( one of the main reasons I married her, if you catch my drift) she is one of the most indecisive humans on earth but she went right for the meat. To my pleasant surprise the Boston’s pizza on Owen rd satisfied my dainty wife something I’ve been unable to do For years. After completion of all my food the manager came and asked us how our experience was, at this point my experience was amazing because I’ve never witnessed a finer looking human being in my 32 years of existence. My wife then elbowed me because I paused for 45 seconds in utter awe. I then joyfully explained that my wife and i were satisfied with the atmosphere and the camaraderie of the staff at this location. So my overall review is pleasant views, fast and delicious food and price accordingly to the overall experience of this fine establishment! Will be coming back with out the...
Read moreOur 1st time here and not impressed. I called to let them know, yes I called later in the day and it was lunchtime visit but should not matter. I was asked if we told the server how the food was ... she asked how the food was and I mentioned the pretzels just got a different dip sauce. When I called about it I was first talking with a guy, then he said hold on then a lady got on the phone she asked the problem again. Then there was silence she said " I don't know what you want me to do for you" like what's the meaning for the call ... She said did you just want me aware of the food. "I said yea I guess."
But honestly good customer service should be like "oh my goodness im sorry for the experience you had I can give you refund or I can maybe see if we can do better next time and offer you a discount or send gift card. Something idk that's how I would handle and have handled it in a restaurant business. The girl offered a free entree the next time we come. But idk if I'll use it because of how the 2 people I talked to handled it and how the food was overall not a good experience. Our food we ordered was not good grilled chicken was dry n burnt, the pretzel bites were way over cooked not soft at all, they were crunchy and empty inside.
**The first picture shows a screenshot of somebody's pretzel bites the way they should look and the way I thought they would look and the second picture is what we got very dark very hard...
