Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fenton

So frustrated!!! My wife ordered $50 worth of food to the ONLY comfort inn in our area. We waited and waited and no pizza. We called and spoke with a “manager on duty” named Ben who from the start was very condescending. We asked where our pizza was and he said “I know exactly what your order is, there was a computer glitch, your driver is just now leaving the store now with your order” we waited another hour and called back again and he said your order was delivered. I said, we have not received anything. When we ordered our pizza from the Dominoes app it auto populated the address for the hotel (the only comfort inn within 30 miles) When speaking to Ben he said they delivered to the address on file. They delivered to a house 10 min from the hotel. No calls, no explanation, no willingness to remake our order. He became very rude, irate, argumentative, disrespectful and even stated it was our fault that we did not get our pizza. And went on to say we are out the money and have a good night! He then continued to hang up on us. Ive worked in the delivery industry for years and when it says a hotel with a room number on file and you deliver to a house it should be common sense to call the customer and the way he treated my wife was completely uncalled for. HORRIBLE customer service. All we wanted was to have pizza and enjoy the evening with our family!!! Very disappointed Dominoes. You can do better!!! By the Way we never did get our pizza...

I literally love the pizza when it’s delivered correctly or made properly based on the way I order it.

I ordered from Domino’s often and I always order extra sauce and even has that option in the ingredients section when you’re ordering.

At least a dozen times I’ve ordered extra sauce and it shows up With hardly any sauce. So the past three or four times I’ve called immediately after placing the order through the app. I probably sound like a real tool when I explain to them. Hey I just call just to make sure Sauce on it because we sure do love the pizza with the extra sauce.

And I’m always reassured. Oh yes, yes as long as you put it in as a request on the ingredients will make sure it gets extra sauce and then it shows up with hardly any but this time really pissed me off because I called again and they treat me like a moron because I’m calling to make sure that the extra sauce actually gets put on there and then it shows up literally like cheese bread It’s just super frustrating 50 bucks on pizza not the way I ordered it as usual yet. I’ll probably still order again because I for some reason like Domino’s pan pizza.

I love you and hate you Domino’s, but please man...

Ordered a pizza waited for it to be delivered when it said it was, I called the Dominos and explained to them I never received it. The girl on the phone said “there’s a glitch on the online tracker, he’s on his way”. I waited 20 more minutes then I get a call from a woman asking me if I was ——— ————, I said I was and she said she has a Dominos delivery with my information on the receipt at her home. I said thanks for letting me know. I called back Dominos and told them they delivered it to an address not even close to mine the number or the name of the street. I asked to speak to a Manager and the girl said she was. Her name was Ryan or Riley and she was extremely rude and snotty so I said “just refund my money, I will order from someplace else”. She just stood on the phone. I said “hello” and she snapped back, “I’m refunding it, what else do you want me to do”. I had her on speaker phone and the people at my house could not believe how rude and snotty she was. Not one apology or how can we make it right just rude! Now I see why they have a 3.6...
