NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE AT ANY RESTAURANT PRIOR TO THIS! We ordered online. We were the only customers in the store and no one came in the entire time we were there. We have NINE children and a couple adults. We allowed plenty of time for our order before arriving. Our order was not complicated. The second we walked in, we were instantly confronted by the staff members asking us in the online order was ours. We replied yes and the staff told us that our order needed to be ordered 24 hours in advance because it should’ve of been a catering order. The staff continued to complain while making our entire order! We frequent restaurants and fast food all the time with our family. When our order was complete, I said something to one of the staff members of how we were treated. She said “go ahead, call my manager. Read moreWhere do I start. Ordered 45 prior to pickup time. Came there late by 5-10 minutes. Website says open inside. We get there to go pickup inside, it's closed. Go around the building to go through the drive thru. The employee was standing outside, saw us coming and went back inside. We said we were there to pick up an online order. He says it never came through, but weird he knew what the order was at that moment and he never asked us to repeat it? He was rude and non-apologetic either, more rude than not. As if it was OUR fault! We sat for another 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for probably the worst sandwiches I've had yet from Subway. Extremely wet lettuce that was brownish and made our sandwiches soggy. The cheese was weird consistency like it melted on the bread (not a hot sandwich). Just the worst. Read moreHORRIFIC doesn’t begin to describe the experience here. It’s like they want to punish you for showing up and making them do their jobs. I curse myself for liking spicy italians, but I can no longer abide this disgrace to the already low standards I have for subway. You can be the only person in line and ordering one sandwich, don’t expect to get your sandwich in less than 15 minutes. If you want it toasted, you have to mention it a minimum of 3 times, or they’ll intentionally ignore you so that they don’t have to wait an extra 30 seconds. If you want toppings, stick with your top 3, anything more you risk becoming too complex for the workers there and result in them creating an abomination. And just don’t even bother with sauce, it’s like they’re gleefully waiting for you to order them so that they can lather your sandwich in sauce, just in case it was still remotely edible before that point.
