KFC — Restaurant in Fenton

My receipt says my cashier was "Billy" which may be her name idk, but she had a blue french tip manicure. We went through the drive-thru July 1st around 3:40pm, and it was clear from the moment we got to the speaker that she was mad we had the audacity to come to KFC and order food at all. I needed a moment for my kids to decide what they wanted, and she was clearly annoyed by it (there wasn't a line or anything, drive thru was not busy), then I said the drink choice before the side, and she said "SIDE FIRST" girl my bad I don't know the order in which you put things in the computer. She was unpleasant at the window, I get if you hate your job, but she was absolutely taking it out on me and probably anyone else coming to this KFC. She shoved out food out the window and I don't know that I have ever received such rude service in all my life. 9/10 times I don't expect a fast food worker to be enthused about their job because it's a lot of work and micromanaging for not much pay, but this was the first time I've ever had someone seem mad at me from the moment we got to the speaker. The food was fine and the order was correct, so I'll give the place that, but next time if I'm greeted that way, I'm driving off. I almost did this time, but my kids were set on KFC. It was...

I've come here a few times a week to get water as it's next to the gym. I've also ordered from here occasionally where I didn't before in return.

When I first started getting water from here occasionally, I asked if they charged for it. The lady who responded at the time asked me "do people really charge for water?" I replied "none that I've asked yet, but I ask anyway"

Ironically, they now charge for water. There's other options nearby like Culver's and Taco Bell right next door so I'll just get water from there and in return order from there more often instead of here.

As for the workers, they've always been cool and kind. Good people. I'm sure it's not their fault either the owner or corporate or something makes them charge for water now. Food was decent too. The "chizza" thing was pretty unique and decent while it was around. The wraps were good, generally their limited specials are good. When I went here I also liked getting chicken tenders, gravy and mash potatoes all together. Generally solid, but I sadly won't be going here anymore (or at least nearly as much as before) unless I hear they happen to change...

When I ordered over $40 in food last Monday (9/23/2013), I had quite the experience. I waited 15 minutes for my 12pc meal, kids meal, and 2 extra sides, which wasn't the LONGEST wait I have experienced at KFC, however, I ordered a milk with the kids meal, only to find that when packaged, the seal on the interior had been stamped on wrong. The only reason I had noticed this was because my nephew removed the plastic lid and began drinking from it, not knowing the seal should have been removed as well. It was punctured, and he thought that was that. I took the bottle from him and looked at it, and not only was it not sealed properly, IT HAD MOLD GROWING ON THE RIM. I DID NOT SEE THIS UNTIL AFTER HE HAD DRANK THE MILK, which he claimed to taste awful (BECAUSE IT WAS TAINTED)! Not only did this happen, but you could tell much of our meal had been sitting for some time, and the macaroni and cheese was far from fresh, having been baked from sitting for so long.
