Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fenton

Worst location ever!! Always blaming staff for the fact they are so slow!! Once you are in the drive you are literally stuck and can not get out! I waited over 40 minutes! And the reason was “understaffed” just close down already!! Terrible! I am so fed up with these Fenton fast food places blaming understaffed. Guess what? Covid was three years ago stop using that excuse for poor service, poor food, poor management! I could see the workers while waiting in their not moving line and all three were just sitting there one moved like a snail. Pay more and maybe you will get better workers instead of incompetent teens who obviously don’t want to work, including the manager! Short staffed is getting really, really old! Update: my son wanted to come here today it’s been a long time; waited at the mic for five minutes manager was a rude snot! They kept saying “one minute please” finally I said “hello” and she answered (manager) and said “one more minute” and I said “you have a line behind me and nobody is getting food this is ridiculous and I’m leaving” then you could hear the lady start yelling at me saying “well I’m sorry but we are SHORT STAFFED, and if you want to come In here….” That’s. i’ve had several horrible experiences here recently which lead me to write this review. this location WILL FORGET OR MAKE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR FOOD EVERY TIME. literally been here probably 10 times in the past 2 months and without fail they mess up my order. i thought the AI ordering was supposed to fix that? nope it’s annoying to work with and actually makes order accuracy worse because the employees get to care even less than they already do. the main reason i’m writing this review isn’t about any of that but because i was in a wrap around line and i’m waiting paitent ly when all of a sudden a girl with short black hair who was wearing a tacobell shirt came and took the order of the person behind me and brought him his food and he didn’t even pay. i can only assume she did this because she’s friends with this person which honestly explains why i’m in a wrap around line crappy teenagers thinking they can put their crappy friends above other people who have been waiting just as long if not longer. fast food places you need to hire people who actually care to work and aren’t going to give your...

Last time I was there I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line only to be told the credit card machine was not working. Why not have someone come outside or post a sign somewhere as to not waste peoples time? Today I was there for a grub hub pick up and the lobby is normally open for pick ups. So today I waited in line ten minutes to park my car (the parking lot only has one entry and pretty much forms the drive through line- no escape). Come to find out lobby is not open today for pick ups. I chose not to get back in line to get my order through the drive thru because the line was now in the road at this point. Unfortunately grub hub was unwilling to issue a refund. So Taco Bell got my money anyways. I know it was my choice to leave, but if you saw that line- you would have left too. I specifically chose the pick up option to avoid that line. I know this review won’t change anything. This Taco Bell is busy ALL DAY despite the inconveniences.
