Sad to say, but I enjoyed coming here until last Sunday June 24th 2018. The worst part was not what happened at the time to make me call corporate. But the hoops to get to a company that was actually Tim Hortons. They hid behind multiple company names and, at one point, told they couldn't open the computer to give me the number for corporate. (???) WHAT??? THIS WAS A NUMBER LISTED ON LINE FOR TIM HORTONS. the original reason I called was for the horrible way management treated a new employee. Running around while 4 other employees stared blankly at me ignoring me not even saying ,I'll be right with you ,ignoring another person behind me. I decided not to spend my money there. Turned out the person behind me walked as well. But she called the location and another customer heard her say to other employees NOT to answer the phone. I soon learned that Kyle, that left for the Maines ,was no longer there and It showed. I had gone in there, bringing, other customers, because the past year... great service. But when I seen how they left the new person to pick up the slack for 4 others and a sorry excuse for a manager to not get his back.....what can I say...disgusting! Shame on you all for not being a team. After the run around to get a corporate number, I doubt I'll ever go to any Tim Hortons again. Read moreEnjoy the food but the last 5 visits: -Ordered 1 bagel and 1 donut. Forgot the donut -Ordered a breakfast meal. No hash browns -Ordered a sandwich w/no meat and literally got a biscuit with cheese. No egg -Ordered bagel toasted with cream cheese. Not toasted. No cream cheese in the bag. -Ordered an ice coffee and half the cup was coffee grounds.
Pay attention to the details. Good food but the staff cares less about what they hand you.
Edit 4/18/21- Went through drive thru for 2 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was cold, cheese looked like it came straight from fridge. Forgot the two donuts. How can you continually mess up such simple orders?
Edit 6/2/21- Went through afternoon drive through for a grilled cheese lunch and coffee. Grilled Cheese tasted like it came straight from the fridge. Wasn’t even warmed up.
Edit 11/2/21 Ordered a grill cheese. Bread and cheese both were straight from the fridge. Cold bread and two slices of unmelted cheese.

Read morePlaced an order on the Tim Hortons app. When at the drive thru to pick up order. I Was told that the order could not be completed because two of the items were breakfast items and they could not make them. They instructed us to cancel the order on the app because they could not do that for us and this was the option for a refund . Guess what???? The app tells you to go to the location because they are the only one who may be able to assist. Went back to the store for them to say they can’t help and do not know why the app said that. Asked if we could come back tomorrow during breakfast to pick up the order? The store said yes. Why would the store not just give that as an option instead of having to ask the question to get a resolve after paying for an order they didn’t provide. And they only offer is go to the app and cancel the order? Then for the staff to act annoyed you are in there asking for help when all they had to say is if you don’t mind coming in tomorrow morning and the order can be filled.
