It seems Pizza Hut, like most all companies these days, does not care about quality anymore, only profit. Growing up Pizza Hut was an experience, with their delicious unique pizza flavor, pan please, & decent salad bar [for fast food] & iconic red cups, at their sit in restaurants; or you could get the pizza to go. I always hated Domino's.
However, these days the flavor continues to get worse with every visit, with this last order tasting even worse than Domino's [from what I remember, haven't had Domino's for over 20 years]. Not only that, but reward points even having an expiration date is rude and insulting. Thank you for insulting me as I look at the app and realize my points always expire before being able to get a reward. Pizza Hut obviously only ever awards repeat customers who eat unhealthy the entire week/month/year. I'm not sure of the time period, but by time I order Pizza Hut once every 2 - 3 months or so, my points are expiring by time I place a new order. That just further tells me Pizza Hut doesn't even value me as a customer in the first place, unless I was to choose to be habitually unhealthy and obese. That consumer psychology profile is disgusting & unacceptable.
Honestly, with so many memories it's sad to say, I won't be going back to Pizza in the future. The quality of the food is just pathetic to justify spending my money on Pizza Hut in the future.
And hopefully, we will start seeing bankruptcies and doors closing with all these businesses that would rather price gouge customers while serving trash products & service, than to provide a quality product and authentic, unique experience. No more. You have lost a customer. I ate [not enjoyed] my recent order, the Family Meal with 2 large pizzas, 1 breadsticks, 1 2Liter, with my parents; during conversation while eating our pizza, they came to the same conclusion. Pizza Hut actually lost four customers.
All these companies that would rather pay huge CEO bonuses than to provide quality products & services with a well staffed establishment need to be put out...

It was my first job, the best job I could ever ask for. I worked there for 3 years. I did my job, and I did it good. All of my best friends still currently work there and I can tell you now that what she describes is incorrect. I loved working there and if it wasn’t for just the minimal wage pay than I definitely would have stayed there longer than three years.
I will say not many people stick. I’ve seen so many people come and go and the reason that, that is, is because they pretty much give anyone a chance to work there. But those people turn out to be bums. People who don’t want to work, or have an availability that’s absolute terrible. People who in general have little to no work ethnic.
So take it from someone who was there for three years, who expierced every coworker come and go. Who expierced pretty much anything and everything from working there. I...
Read moreWe are frequent diners of the lunch buffet and this was our first time ordering carry out from this location. First I was presented my food with the containers a sloppy mess. The wing container was not closed all the way and the sauce was dripping down the side. I ordered a salad which I love eating on the salad bar, and after looking in the bag at it, I asked the cashier for croutons to go. She said she wasn't familiar with the store so she didn't know if they had any. I asked her to ask another employee and they told me no we don't have croutons to go. As I'm being told this, I look behind me at the croutons on the salad bar. At this point I was frustrated that I was told I can't have an item to go that was literally a foot away from me. Was it too hard for them to put some in a container to go? I ended up eating a lettuce and cheese salad because I don't care for the other ingredients. Will not order to go from this...
