After I finally sent this email I was called. However, the guy tried to tell me it would be an inconvenience for him to go back and look and end up a (wash). He also tried to convince me they refunded me for the 16th person that they had charged me for when in reality they refunded me for shirts and socks of a couple people who were unable to make it after already paying in full due to a car accident. Hello, I have contacted your company on several different occasions. I made a reservation and paid in full for #16 people on 2/23 due to a miscount. About 20 minutes after realizing I had made an error in the number of people I had counted. I had contacted your company through text message (because I didn't get an answer over the phone when calling) I was assured that I could adjust this number to #15 people with no problems. However, my card was still charged for the #16 people. (All this was documented in text). (Can you please check this on your text line from #636--*). I have called and talked to your companies staff on several occasions where my information has been taken on three occasions for a manager to contact me. Each time I have called the manager has stepped out or has been assisting with another customer. I have requested a call back through your text line as well. I am sure all of which can be pulled up on your companies end. I would really appreciate this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

3/2 - your company did call me however, I was put on hold for a manager and the end of the call resulted in an employee taking my information for a manager to reach me at their convenience.

Read moreThe absolute worst lock ins! 2 iphones and 2 air pods have now been stolen. I’ve taken my son and his friends to 2 lock-ins over the past few months. Both times they’ve had items stolen. The most current being a the newest iPhone. It was stolen from last nights lock-in. My first reaction was to track it. I was informed that the Sim card had been removed and It turned into the staff, as an item that was found.
I called Fenton SkyZone today and spoke with the supervisor, Anna: i asked, “how many phones were stolen from lock-in last night?” She said none that she knows of, she wasn’t the supervisor on duty and I’d have to wait until one day next week when the supervisor on duty returns. Ok no problem, Ill follow up with him then. Overall she did not want to help and she was completely unaware of ANY phone EVER getting stolen from there. After our conversation I called sky zone back multiple times. They will not answer the phone. In the meantime, I called from another number ( they answered) to ask if they have cameras, the young lady who answered said, yes.
At this point The police have been contacted. The officer says this happens there ALL THE TIME. He says SkyZone only has fake cameras. It looks like they have cameras but The cameras don’t actually work. When SkyZone was contacted AGAIN, and asked if they had cameras, she claimed yes again. It’s time for this to stop!!! Read morePart of our kids jump time was wasted due to an employee who seemed to have her siblings or at least kids she was close to there. She gave preferential treatment to them in dodgeball first giving a rule that the brother couldn’t hit the sister with a ball everyone had to wait for one of them to catch it. Keep in mind my kids were the first ones on the dodgeball court. Then all of a sudden these kids tell 13 others that it is them (2 kids) against all other kids because “Haley said”. This is the employees name. I complained to management but the girl who ended up replacing Haley allowed the little girl related to Haley to cuss at my daughter and be completely obnoxious. We went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday but the special rules for Haley’s family members made our visit miserable! I don’t recommend you spend the money to visit this location due to the lack of integrity of the staff. ALL children should be made to follow the rules or made to exit!!! I make sure my kids are following the rules! There is no excuse for family members being there as a distraction! At times Haley was hugging and sitting with the little girl paying NO ATTENTION to what was going on with the trampolines she was being paid to watch! Be forewarned if you take your kids don’t take your eyes off of them because rules ARE NOT ENFORCED! Great facility my kids love the place but need...
