Old Navy — Local services in Fenton

I really like Old Navy. They are currently having a sale so I was especially interested in what was available. I spent time looking through the store and choosing some items for purchase. When I went to check out there was a couple women with their own purchases. I waited for approximately ten minutes and needed to sit down. (I walk with a walker and cannot stand for a long period of time.) The clerk said that she had called for help but no one had responded. I found a bench on the other side of the store and waited for them to finish. I returned to the register area and found myself waiting an additional ten minutes. I went back to the bench and tried to wait, however the line kept growing and I could see people returning their merchandise and leaving without making a purchase. I finally did the same and left the store without buying anything. I would suggest a seating area close to the register, some wheelchairs for those of us who require them and staff/managers that will respond to an associate...

Got an email to get $15 off $50 for the store re-opening. Went into the store picked up the items that were not on the clearance rack, my total before taxes came up to $51. I was told some of the items were on clearance so I couldn't count those in the total. It's like they just stuck some clearance stickers on random shirts so people get screwed with this offer because these shirts are NOT on clearance online but are on clearance in the store for some reason. Even though they were hanging at the front of the store on a rack with many other versions of the exact same shirt. That is not usually how you find clearance. And Old Navy has a clearance area; if they were clearance they should be there. So no, I will not be back to this store, I'll continue going to the Old Navy in Sunset Hills where there is more of a selection. Happy reopening you already...

Went in the store to return two pairs of jeans I had ordered online. I told the cashier to just give me gift cards for both. She does one, and sends the other back to my card. Tried to get her manager to fix the mistake, she says that they couldn't. I would just have to repurchase the pants, and return them that way. All just too much. Especially when I told the cashier up front that I just wanted gift cards for both. I'm pretty sure she did it on purpose. No greeting whenever I go to ANY Old Navy store. The cashier also was not following the sales, or at least that's what she was trying to do with me. I'm going to give corporate a call. Will not be back to...
