I've never posted a review for anywhere, but I need to say their breakfast service was absolutely horrendous.

No one at the podium (so no instruction at all); I walk in and I'm not helped until I pull over a waitress for her to tell me to just grab some food (which is fine cause it's a buffet). I have a plate of food, but now I have nowhere to sit. So I have to ask 3 times for somewhere to sit; only to in the end push some empty glasses out of the way and take a random spot. By the time I finished my food no one had approached me at all, so I had to again ask someone if I'm supposed to pay a check for her to gladly take priority of that. I ask for a coffee to go and she doesn't move until I finish signing off her tip. After that I never saw her again for the next 5 minutes. I reached over the counter for a to go cup, asked another table if I could have some of their "complimentary" coffee, and left.

I don't know how to sugar-coat this at all. I'm not going to say the specific waitress that caused all of this cause that should be management's job to figure out and observe. Great job Hilton on running a show worse than a...

I had breakfast on the early morning of 7/31/19. I’m staying at the Aloft, next door to the Hilton, and I was looking for an AYCE (All You Can Eat) breakfast bar, AND I HIT THE JACKPOT!!! Though desolate, and tucked away from the lobby, around from the closed (during breakfast) bar, I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the host(s), waitstaff, and the omelette bar cook (Anthony). The food was fresh, the omelette ingredients were perfectly displayed, and everyone greeted me with a genuine smile. The breakfast bar really doesn’t look like much, but it’s everything I could hope for, and it was perfect for my KETO diet. DID I MENTION THAT ANTHONY MADE ME THE BEST OMELETTE I’VE EVER HAD??? It was amazing. All tables were decked out with nice napkins, fresh cream for your coffee, placemats, stemware, and an exquisite jam tree. Only one small fix I could recommend: plate warmers... the lobby is a very comfortable version of cool, so the cold plates make your hot food, cold. That said, I’ll see this remarkable staff again soon....

Following a superb evening with my organization event the previous night (400+ people)where that event was handled excellent. The breakfast buffet the next morning was horrible. Several items in the serving hot pans were absolutely cold, scrambled eggs, sausage. With the large crowd after last night's event, there was ONE Waffle grille. The line was soooo long. They ran out of real cream for coffee. A lady came out of the kitchen with a bundle of cleaned silverware wrapped in napkins and said "This is it". Obviously if you came to this buffet at 7am it was a nice affair. We came in at 9am and it was a wreck. Not all tables had chairs. And when a customer was done and left, nobody came to clean the tables. The most deplorable McDonald's would have been a step up. Many others expressed the same feelings about this breakfast buffet....
