We got to the area later Friday night than originally planned, so were hungry and wanted to somewhere close by to the hotel. The front desk staff mentioned this place which was down the street, so we headed over. Got there in less than 5 minutes, walked in and sat at the bar that had a good number of seats available. Gives your typical bar/pub vibe, tvs around the bar with sports on/playing. Once we sat down, the bartender immediately came over to greet us and bring us menus to look over. She was so friendly, attentive and gave great service. We ordered the Homerun Margaritas which were really good! They were much larger than we expected, the flavor of each were good - I had the mango and he got strawberry - and had a good balance of the flavor and alcohol in it. And it was only $7! Shoutout to them having all-day happy hour. The food was pretty good and filling also. For my Fried Shrimp platter, they definitely have a solid amount and number of shrimp on the plate, they were seasoned well and fried with a nice crisp. I took a bite of his fried fish platter which was also cooked and seasoned well. And I was shocked that the Mac and Cheese was very good - creamy, cheese and had a good taste to it as well. Overall, good eats for our late night dinner. We ended up getting some food delivered to our hotel from here the following night: the desserts (Bourbon Cake and Lava Cake) were very rich and satisfying, Knockout Shrimp were also tasty, and the wings were okay (may have been the sauce we chose and it being the grilled wings).

Everyone has different tastes buds. Besides something being cold or undercooked, to say something didn't taste good is just my opinion. We decided to stop for dinner. Buffalo cauliflower is absolutely 💯 great flavor, large pieces, and nicely portioned. The pickle chips were seasoned and crunchy. The triple play meal was delicious. Rib meat was tender, and chicken tenders seemed to be hand breaded and flaky, not like typical frozen ones from a bag. If they were, they need to let me know what brand because they were delicious lol. As were the grilled shrimp, which had old bay seasoning. The boneless wings were good, but I personally didn't care for the teriyaki flavor, strong ginger flavor versus a sweeter flavor. 2 people in our party liked it, 2 didn't. The German sausage sandwich wasn't bad, but it's a basic sausage, not like a flavored bratwurst. But it is served with fried onions and peppers, plus a side of sauerkraut and stone ground mustard for more flavor. Again, it just depends on the flavor profile you're looking for in your meal. I didn't try the meatloaf, but I was told it was really good. Káron was a pleasure to have as our server. He was attentive and shared his thoughts of different menu items. We tried the Bourbon Butter Cake, funnel cake fries and the mint chocolate chip oreo slider. All very good. Definitely will be back again.

This establishment is very disappointing. The service is poor and the food is overpriced for noticeably small portions. My bartenders were Charlie and Jessica. I tried to start with my standard drink so I asked Charlie if he could make a good Old Fashion. The drink arrived short; about half full in a rocks glass. He said if he poured it into a smaller glass it would look right. Old Fashion fail. The Bulleit Rye barely showed through. There was a wing special so I ordered 6 traditional Buffalo wings before my main course. Three drummies were near cold, three wings were very hot. When asked how they were, I let Jessica know. I ordered a Blood Orange Bourbon Cider which was promoted on a special Seasonal Menu. The taste was nasty. It was reminiscent of biting into spoiled fruit. This is an example of bad ingredient choices. I can’t believe any bartenders would drink one. The manager took the wings off of the bill. Aside from the temperature, I wouldn’t recommend the wings. All of the others I’ve had were much better tasting. I ordered the Beef on Weck sandwich. I should have known that it would be a total failure. They couldn’t even spell Kimmelweck and it comes with grilled onions. The sandwich arrived and can only be described as a small French Dip on a poor imitation of a Kimmelweck roll. This place helped me with my diet.

Visit this location in Lithicum on a Saturday night. May 19 2024 at exactly 1000pm. Just wanted a last minute dinner after taking my wife son and daughter plus my young niece and nephew to a movie. We check in at the front to get seated by the young blonde hostess. She told us we need a big table for just 6 people , remind you it 2 toddler and 2 8year small children 2 adults we didn't need much space to eat. She told us we had to wait for a large table. So she like I don't know when there will be a table 🤔. Remind you this place not busy at all only the bar area was busy. Also to add she ask me would I like to sit at the bar with a bunch of drunk and wild adult with some toddlers, I'm like really you can't be that blonde to ask a stupid question like that. But ofcourse I didn't say that but was surely thinking it in my head. So we waited from 1000pm till almost 1100pm to be finally seated. So around 1050 another more experience young lady came over to assist the other hostess. Even she look frustrated like why didn't you seat this family yet. So the booth we sat at was open since 1030 because I was looking at it for like 30 min at 1030. So we was seated finally. So we sat after washing our hands kids starving, a young Latino man came to take our orders he was nice by the way. We didn't get the margaritas we ordered my burger had pork which I ask to not have on it. My son just wanted a burger with mayo cheese ketchup, he received it no ketchup no mayo. I had to wait for another 30 min for my new burger. My wife's food was okay and the other 3 kids food was okay. Then he said don't worry you can keep the burger I won't charge you for it. Lol I like in my head you want me to keep a burger with pork and you really thought I was going to keep it lol in my mind. Yes my burger taste horrible like a Mc Donald cheese burger off the dollar menu. Red Robin taste way better and actually got flavor and don't taste like rubber. So anyway besides the nice waiter this was the worst service and food I had in a 15 years just poor experience also no management inside. Never will visit this location again in my life. I did like the tv.set up bathrooms was clean and ofcourse a women decided to use the...

Rumor has it, a prior review of this location was the impetus for the firing of an employee. My comments below are a reaction to that firing.

My wife and I are regulars at this location. We have no relationship with the fired employee. We began going here for “date night” on Monday nights while our daughter was at dance class at a nearby dance studio in Hanover MD. We also started having lunch here on Fridays just prior to the pandemic. Although our daughter has since moved on to college, we maintain our date night tradition and our Friday lunches.

I mention the above because, as customers, we have a far higher amount of experience at this location than the typical customer, many of whom visit based solely on its proximity to hotels by the BWI airport.

We don’t know the employee mentioned in the review outside of his employment at Glory Days. That’s where we met him and it is the only place we’ve interacted. Our experience with the employee in question has been 100% positive. He was consistently fast and accurate at serving us and all other customers that we saw him interact with.

While I recognize that there’s probably a corporate policy against taking shots with customers, it is a common practice at bars. I also recognize that an impaired bartender is at risk of making mistakes and poor decisions, so I agree with a policy that prevents them from drinking on the job. But is firing the person the right decision?

Post-COVID, dedicated food service workers are hard to find. The employee in question had been with Glory Days since before the pandemic, yet he was let go for the kind of infraction that, at most, deserved losing a few shifts.

People need to think about the ramifications of what they say in...

Although we were told it would be a 20min wait it took about 15 mins. Inside and outside looks clean. Food was really good. Wr ordered tacos, chili, burrito and an appetizer similar to a taco salad. Prices are reasonable. Now here's the other side of things. Our waitress was mediocre but pleasant. However, some things that were requested for our meal never arrived although we also asked another staff member. Requests included ketchup, pickle(which was included in meal upon request, side of ranch dressing. When I asked the assistant to our waitress he said, "ranch is in the burrito". I communicated that it doesn't matter this is what I choose. The young man never returned and by the time our waitress came we just asked for the to go containers and she was apologetic. Other patrons was served a cold entree and received their meal extremely late. It was noted that other patrons that came in after them had received their meals and left. The manager explained that he was short of staff. What I suggest is this: Never inform customers that it's short staffed. There were too many employees on the floor. There needs to be cross training for all. Besides this is the best way to get to know the business. There is another concern that was noticeable. I am not a believer that too much coincidences are a coincidence. This was our very first experience with them and. if it happens again then I will submit another commentary about this specific concern. Because of the things I aforementioned resulted in the rating I chose which is 4 stars but I truly think it deserves a 3 1/2. Will keep you updated when we give them a...
