I've been to a few different Bigby Coffee locations and this particular location could do with some improvements. The staff is friendly for the most part, however my most recent visit was less than favorable. The young lady who greeted me was very indifferent, she barely looked at me and was extremely slow making my smoothie. She literally stopped for a few minutes, went to the back, came back out and was texting on her phone. After a few more minutes of her texting she finally gets back to the task at hand. I received my smoothie and it was pretty watery, wasn't very happy with that.
Another time I went in and it was extremely hot in the cafe and it smelled horribly of sweaty arm pits. I usually sit down inside and enjoy my drinks but I couldn't stomach the repugnant smell. It smelled like a high school gym locker room. The young man who made my drink smelled disgusting but at least he was friendly, I just took my drink and left.
Another notable time I came here, the bathroom doors were locked and it was still operating hours, It was maybe 6:30 pm but the bathrooms were locked. I told the staff and they said I was the first person to come in in maybe an hour and a half so nobody was in there. On top of that, neither of them knew where the bathroom key was. I was told I should just go somewhere else to use the bathroom, I found that unacceptable.
I still like Bigby Coffee drinks however this location could really use some help. Its not the best but at least...

It took me 6 mins to get to the store and then after standing there for 10 mins watching them serve at least 5 walk ins before a pre ordered order I asked if they knew how much longer the order would be. The rude owner starts saying oh let there be a problem please be a problem like he was already upset at the world. He said I was rolling my eye.. so what if I was you're in customer service lol.. you're going going get eye rolling but I didn't say anything disrespectful until he kept saying oh let there be an issue. I then asked him.if he had one and said I've been waiting on pre orders for while and you serve walk ins. My time is money where he then proceeds to tell me to get another job * made 60 bucks in 2 hours but sure lol*. Rude customer service. You deal with the public and should be able to handle customers in a better way. Then he proceeded to try and take the orders already paid for back. Simply stating the order is coming or being worked on would have been fine but his response was unprofessional and sad lol. Lol I'll keep my 97% customer rating. Taking you time and ignoring pre orders makes our delivery time go down but who cares. He's a owner he does what he wants and screw the little people trying to make a living lol. Great example for...

The workers there are attentive, detail-oriented, fast, and friendly! My daughter and I get drinks there at least 3 times a week. We look forward to the familiar faces, the warm interior, the witty banter, and over-the-counter conversations with staff that we've gotten to know. Kyle, the manager, has not only guided me towards many of my favorite drinks over the years, and helped modify them as I needed, but also helped perfect my signature drink, which he has memorized. I've been there and the baristas had my drink done before I finished ordering! Maddie and Tyler and the rest of the team are awesome, and always remember the little things (like sprinkles on my sons hot cocoa, cinnamon and whip on my daughter's frozen chai). They always put on the finishing touches, communicate to avoid confusion or mistakes, and serve with a smile. The drinks are fabulous, the food is good, and the atmosphere just right! I feel like the fact that there isnt a drive thru just makes it more like a community....
