Papillon Suites was a great home away from home, and I was sad to leave (only did for a bigger space for more growth)! As a former suite renter, I had a great experience during my almost three years here. The building is modern, secure, well-maintained and cleaned frequently, with free parking available. Clients often commented on the interior and cleanliness of the common area and bathrooms. The other renters are fun, friendly and made working there a place you wanted to go to every day. Many thanks to the absolutely wonderful landlord who sincerely cares (no non-compete clauses in this lease!) and is a wonderful person, and the truly awesome floor manager, Kevin, who was always willing to lend a helping hand at the drop of a hat. I am a current residing business at Papillion Suites. I am absolutely in love with the customization of the suites they offer. I really value upcycling & was able to bring in all of my own furniture & create my own unique design in my space. This was a huge draw for me as I am not a fan of included cabinetry in other traditional corporate rental beauty suites. The building is maintained weekly and always smells amazing in the hallways, my clients always compliment it. Any challenges that have arose have been handled promptly & with immense grace. I am not from the area but as I was trying to look for a business space the landlord helped me from the bottom of her sincere and honest heart for what is best for me. I felt truly cared for as if I reached out to my own family and friends. Even though she could have sold me into her property because it was such a nice place, she ended up guiding me to the location which can work the best for the future of the specific goal in my business.
