Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Ferndale

I visited this location tonight and Kirsten unfortunately was working the window. This is my usual location. I have the DQ app on my phone and went to use my coupon (just as I have done in the past) and Kirsten rudely tells me this location doesn’t except them. That this location has no way of accepting them. I told her I have used them there before and she asked me when. It was actually in August for my birthday. After 5 min of discussing the DQ app coupon she finally accepts the coupon, tells me the total and snatches my money. I work with the public everyday and no matter what type of day I may be having it’s not to be taken out on my customers. This was my first encounter with this employee and I hope my last. Overcharging for Hot fudge Shake, calling it a "Royal" and charging a dollar more than what is advertised. The signage clearly says, "Large Hot Fudge Shake... $$7.29.". When brought to the attention of their staff they argue and have zero regard for what is advertised and do not honor the advertised price. They are very young unprofessional girls. Girls I suggest you familiarize with Michigan laws, specifically "Act 15 of 2011, the "Shopping Reform and Modernization Act.". The next time this happens it's going to result in Dairy Queen being on the hook for the difference in price, plus "The Bounty. should this be ignored then you can plan on paying the $250.00 fine plus a visit from Michigan's Attorney General.
