Today at February 10th, 2019 I went to pick up my Door Dash order which had to be placed and for me to pay with the red card that was given to me for orders that need card payments. I get to the speaker and the lady seemed a little aggravated so I started to order my food and as I’m ordering she wasn’t even listening because I had to repeat stuff at least 3 times. Then in the middle of my order she rudely says “Do you want potatos on that” I then said no and she then goes to say “No I’m not talking to you” (in a rude manner). At this point I’m irritated so I told her that was it. (Please keep in mind im working just like her but I’m just doing Door Dash). I drive to the window and she still has an attitude and at this point I’m irritated. I give her the card to pay with and she hands it back aggressively. I’m sitting for at least 15 minutes. She hands me a bag with like at least 8-10 things in it including 3 Quesadilla with extra things on it so you know this bag is going to be heavy and these people also ordered burritos and tacos. So I aggressively grabbed the bag just like she did with the card and the bag ripped and she then slammed the door in my face. And she then starred and was rolling her eyes as I could see her call me out my name through the window. She then handed, basically throwing the bag and then my father then intervened and told her that she was rude at the speaker. And she made excuses to why she said what she said. So before I leave I looked back through the window as I could see the other workers laughing and one jumped at me like he was about to fight. So at this point I drove off because I will be going back to speak to the general manager to get to the bottom of this. This is how fast food workers treat their customers. They wouldn’t be working if they didn’t have customers coming to pay for their food. I’m just an Door Daah driver trying to make extra cash not to deal...
Read moreI hadn't been to Taco Bell in years. Their food just wasn't good anymore and we have too much good Mexican food around us now, however they close early.
I was in the mood for tacos and it was late, so let's give it a try.... Why did I waste my time. I ordered 6 Taco supremes, 2 Chalupa Supremes and a Nacho Bell Grande. My order was literally almost $40 & the cashier sounded nasty as if he didn't want to be there.
This was the 3rd Taco Bell I'd tried stopping at and I was tired, so I proceeded with the order. I pulled up their prices online while I waited. The prices I was paying was a bit higher. When the rude young man opened the window, no greeting, no eye contact, still looking at his screen, tells me my total with his hand out the window to accept my payment. I responded "Hello, question for you, why are the prices online different then what I'm paying now if I've chosen your store? He literally rolled his eyes and I had to smile, because Really! His response "I don't know, I don't have nothing to do with that, do you still want it?" I just shook my head and faulted myself for even coming here. I handed the young man my card, he closed the window, handed me my card and receipt without saying another word, closed the window back, opened it again, handed me my bag and closed the window again, not saying another word....
This is service? I will never stop at another Taco Bell again. It's one thing for the prices to be outlandish for the quality of food, but then y'all hire these little kids that have no respect, no desire to work and funky attitudes. I could have sat and had a decent filling meal with someone pleasant. Lesson learned!
I have a three star fire atmosphere because the location was at least clean looking on...
Read moreI placed an order on the app. I attempted to pick up my food, but they have the entrance coned-off. They have no sign warning you, and it isn't visible until you have no option by to drive straight by the restaurant, so you need to circle around an entire residential block to get to the side-street opening. Why did they block access to their store? Because the lobby is under renovation, apparently. I watched no less than 3 cars attempt to enter, slow down, and drive away, and I wasn't even paying much attention to that. They could easily place a sign telling people to turn off early onto the side-street to avoid losing customers and creating that unnecessary hurdle, not to mention the lot doesn't need to be closed at all just because the lobby is closed - it's how most people are going to access the drive-thru.
Once there, I was in the drivethru line for somewhere between 45min and an hour (there were 6 or 7 cars in line, but an hour is insane for fast food). Once I was passed the half hour mark I started clocking it and they were still averaging more than 5 minutes per car.
I didn't get a receipt to call and tell them about the experience (that part might be normal with online pickup, I'm not sure?). I found the number and called, but was met with a recording saying I could go to the website to leave feedback and it auto-disconnected. So i went to the website and clicked on "Contact Us" but the link is broken; I tried it on my phone and computer. I then went to the app and the "contact us" button under "help" is also broken. I wish I were kidding.
If my experience is at all the norm for this place, then save yourself the frustration and eat...
