Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Ferndale

Generally like this place, but I had a bad experience tonight. I ordered online and it said it would be ready in half an hour. When I showed up to pick it up there were 10-15 people waiting outside, and one guy said his pizza was supposed to be ready half an hour earlier so I didn't bother going in, figured they were slammed so I'd swing by later and eat it tomorrow. Came back 90 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready and told them I had an online order from earlier, they asked my name and slid my ticket over to the assembly area and didn't say another word to me. I didn't know whether they were making it or not because nobody told me anything, they just talked amongst themselves and laughed the whole time, felt really unprofessional with a customer waiting. They finished a pizza and an employee shoved the door open with their foot and shouted another customer's name (he was the only one out there at that point). They finally finished it and called my name and said nothing else, no explanation or apology about my pizza being an hour and...

Really bad service, store manager Nicole was arrogant and as always very rude. when i went to pick up my online order, i was told they hadn't received the order, she asked very rudely do you have the confirmation, didn't greet or smile. i had the online confirmation receipt to show her that the order was placed. didn't acknowledge the fact that they had messed up nd not made the order in time. she is very very rude and probably has no customer service skills on how to treat customers or people in general. on top of that my bank account got charged twice when my husband called to rectify the situation coz i didn't want to talk to a person like her ever again she was rude to him and demanded to bring proof like a bank statement to show when clearly she could have checked her online orders and charges made on her side, probably didn't want to do extra work i guess. is it a bank or a pizza place demanding for a bank statement. with this bad experience definitely not getting pizza...

The people who work there are great but when it comes to mistakes they make weird excuses, i don't understand. if one orders a pan pizza the dough is supposed to touch the sides of the pan so it can assist in rising. i told my husband to take it back its not going to rise its going to be like a hand tossed pizza which i do not like at all, which it did. Now i pay for something and want what i order. they will delay or make excuses. but luckily i bought two pan pizzas one touched the side mine didn't the other had risen while mine didn't. if they are willing to be spotty like a jacked hoopdy then your quality pizza might not be so quality. BTW this happens to me quite often. make complaints to their corporate office...
